Welcome to Winter Haven! Pack up the SUV and bring the family or friends for a fun weekend away! This great home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home & sleeps up to 9 comfortably is the perfect place for the family or friends who want to spend time on the lakes or at Legoland or the newly opened Peppa Pig Theme Parks! Just a short 2 mile ride to get to the parks and many choices for restaurants and a grocery store as well. The master has a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a fun double bunkbed room. The bunkbed room has one bunk with a single bed and full size futon and the second bunk has a twin bed (top), a full bed (bottom) and a twin trundle bed (pullout). The fulls size beds are not suggested for adult sleeping. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and is ready for making meals! We have a new dining table with two benches that can seat 4-6 people. The private covered screened in patio is perfect for taking some time to relax and play a few games of ping pong or grill on the propane grill or just lounge out back. There is also a fire pit for enjoying those nice Florida nights and you can even roast some hot dogs and end with some smores!
There is no shortage of fun things to do here. You are only a 10-15 minute ride to downtown Winter Haven to enjoy some of the great restaurants or plan a pontoon trip and experience the Chain of Lakes. You're only 32 miles from Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios & Sea World.

1-PLEASE NO parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful. If evidence of a party, you will incur a fee from $250 to $400.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- Small Dogs are permitted with property manager approval and $20 per night fee. Six nights or more $125 fee.
4 - Please only park in the driveway - 2-3 cars. Please do not park on the street.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $250 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (9) nine people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
