"With a wedding in downtown Chattanooga this weekend, Lemon Lantana was the perfect, private place to stay and relax! The host was incredibly accommodating - even holding the price for us when maintenance had to be done on the cabin we originally tried to book. The space was clean, colorful, and stocked with various snacks and a list of activities to do nearby. The loft was adorable, the porch was super cute (and had a grill!), and there was plenty of seating for the four of us. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, etc. Stairs up to the loft are steep, so be prepared to hold on to railing. - Bring bug spray! No bugs inside, but outside is outside. This lovely cabin has everything you need to relax, make yourself at home, and enjoy your time away from the city’s hustle & bustle! It sleeps up to five guests with a queen and full bed both in the loft area, and a comfortable sofa on the main floor. A full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig, along with cookware, dinnerware and utensils, other kitchen essentials and basic food items (including coffee, creamer, condiments, snacks, and water). The small bath is fully equipped with sink, toilet and stand-up shower. All linens and ample towels are provided.

If you’re looking to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace indoors – though you may prefer the private deck! The deck is complete with seating and a charcoal grill. You’ll never tire of enjoying this outdoor space and private views – from morning until evening!

Lemon Lantana is pet friendly - 2 pet MAXIMUM (add'l pets considered). Water and food bowls are furnished. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pets so our cleaning team can be prepared.

This property is 15 minutes from all that downtown Chattanooga has to offer, including:

GARBAGE
Outside trash receptacles are provided to ensure inside trash does not accumulate.
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted (in/out). Do not dismantle smoke or carbon monoxide detectors as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels for your stay. Paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We recommend you bring any additional or special items you may need.

MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs to the Agent who will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

NONSMOKING
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will forfeit any deposit and be subject to a $500 fine due to smoking/vaping being found.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, allowed.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated homes and should be included in initial booking, or subsequent updates. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

POOL, HOT TUB & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a pool and/or hot tub, no lifeguard is on duty, the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur. Diving, horseplay or running is prohibited.  No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer.

Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, hot tub, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association, or iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties/events allowed; small family/friend celebrations possible but must inquire in advance. Tenant’s immediate removal and forfeit of rental fee and security deposit for: Exceeding maximum occupancy; any illegal activity; damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises. Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

TENANT
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or Georgia may result in removal and forfeit of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

The above are all causes for removal and forfeit of fees and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, thereby exposing you to potential liability.

This little cabin was amazingly stocked. It is nestled away but not too far from anything. Host is very friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was stocked with staples for cooking, as well as games for kids and adults. Plenty of toiletries were provided. My only concern would be for the elderly or those with bad knees. The loft stairs are steep. Not an issue for us but could be a challenge for some.

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights with our two dogs and had a wonderful time! First of all, this cabin was surprisingly very dog friendly. They have two large dog bowls, doggy bags in a cute dog bone holder, and a hose outside for rinsing them off, and didn't charge a pet fee! My bf and I slept quite comfortably (1 person and 1 dog per full bed) with plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows. We were able to cook/eat with what is available in the kitchen. The cabin comes equipped with TV, crayons and paper, and even snacks! The stairs are steep, but not a problem for us. They did give our dogs some pause. There is also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower with PLENTY of towels and washcloths for multiple nights stay. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have pets. When we stay here again I'll be bringing my dogs and packing less!

We loved the seclusion from all the traffic and yet very close to all attractions. Very comfortable, private, and fun place to stay! The owners were very helpful, and all instructions were very easy to follow. GPS will work properly for guidance to this property (as we arrived at night and did not have any problems).
