AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Good location and layout but uncomfortable beds and lock problems

The condo was in a great location and the layout worked very well for two couples. The beds were not very comfortable and bedding and pillows could be updated. The locking system was a major issue though, and I guess this is an ongoing issue. Our key cards failed twice during our 3-night stay, which was really frustrating. When I leave an apartment I am renting to go to dinner or the grocery store, I expect to be able to get back into the apartment when I return. Both times this resulted in having to walk down the road a few minutes to the office and fortunately both times happened within their working hours. One time I had to figure out what to do with bags of groceries as I couldn't get back into the lodge and my unit after returning from the grocery store. The key card had just stopped working. I hope they resolve the issue soon to eliminate this inconvenience.

I mistakenly put a 1 star for my review on VRBO and cannot edit it. This is a wonderful condo to stay at. Great location to the village. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Park and walk to all Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas or around Lost Lake. While in the heart of the village, the windows are soundproof so you don't hear the noise from below.

The unit was clean and well stocked. It was a little further from the lifts than we expected. Unfortunately the heat was turned all the way down when we got there but had to open the windows to cool it down. This was a problem on Friday and Saturday nights with the night club noise from Garfinkles keeping us up past 2 am. We did not use the hot tub because it was too far away in another building

We stay in this unit every time we go to Whistler. Well equipped and great location. Pet friendly, which is good for us ans we like to bring our pup along with us. Also a Teenage boy with us who can have some privacy in his room and still join us for games, etc when he wants. We will be back!

Nicely appointed, great location in the heart of the Village. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable for our 5 day winter getaway. Sam at Guest Services was fantastic, she was always cheery and helpful. My elderly mom was able to get around easily with her scooter, the doors and elevator were wide enough. The village and shops are accessible, we even took her up the Peak to Peak gondola to Christine’s for lunch. Our windows were closed and it’s well insulated so we weren’t bothered by the noise of the bar across the way. We plan to return again, thank you!

We recently stayed in Bear Lodge Unit 311 for 7 nights. Location was great-easy walk through the village to gondola. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped (we mostly dined in due to COVID-19) and enough room to spread out when needed (there were 3 of us plus 1 dog). I will definitely go back to this unit! PS-kitchen could use a pizza pan or baking sheet....

We booked this place as it is pet friendly. Very clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. We cooked most of the meals there. Great location! One bedroom has AC. The other doesn't. Bob was super quick to respond when we found out we need a fan to our room. It's pretty hot at night. You need to choose between noisy drunk people by opening the windows or shut the noise out with a hot bedroom. It's much better after we got a fan. Thanks Bob!

Bear lodge 311 is in a wonderful building. The location is great for almost everything. If you’re looking for the peace of a remote cabin in the hills, this isn’t the right spot for you. The parking facility is accommodating and secure. The suite is easily accessed from the parking garage and street level. The furniture is comfortable and clean. Being a pet friendly suite made this unit desirable for us. If you’re looking for shopping, restaurants or entertainment, this is position A. Yes there is a nightclub across the street. Cows ice cream is another crowd pleaser located in the same building. The small kitchen is well stocked. One observation is the mismatched glassware. Remember, it’s a rental.

My kids and i really enjoyed our stay at 311 Bear Lodge. It was our first trip to Whistler and the location was super convenient to get to know where everything is and to access the lifts and Gondolas for both Whistler and Blackcomb. The description was accurate for the unit and the beds and linens were great. Kids got a bit spoiled with the duvet covers! The TV had an issue on our first night and the manager had it replaced within a day, which was appreciated. We would stay again. Thanks, Greg

Very comfortable lodging, plenty of room for 4 adults. Situated in the middle of Whistler Village with a 4 minute walk to both gondolas serving Whistler and Blackcomb. Plenty of good dining around, but discovered some gems by talking with the locals. Would definitely rent this again

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Lodge. The condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location is in the heart of the action, and very convenient, but Fridays and Saturday night across from a night club can be extremely noisy until 4:00am. Take ear plugs! There is also no air conditioning for the entire place, just the master bedroom- so not ideal for a hot summer weekend. We were lucky to have mild weather.

Top notch location

Stayed in Bear Lodge 311 on a quick weekend trip. 3 friends from Colorado, who love to board. The unit had everything it needed and would fit groups of 2 to 6 easily. The location is superb. Right on the Village walkway only a few steps from the Olympic plaza and a short 5 minute walk to either Whistler or Blackcomb gondolas! There are plenty of coffee shops on the way to either! We had an absolute blast and will definitely return!!

The stay was great and there were no issues. There is a club on Main street so if noise bothers you from 11pm to 3am you may want to get a room on the other side of the building. Other than that, response time was quick with issues and the place was amazing; close to everything and set up nicely. Overall, it made the trip to Whistler outstanding.

We found the accommodation to be spacious, comfortable, warm and well equipped although there were no egg cups! Although previous reviews had stated it was noisy due to being across from Garfinkels Night Club we did not find this to be a problem. There was a short walk to the ski lifts each morning through the village but at the end of the day it was nice to stop off at a bar for drink on our way back to Bear Lodge. We had a lovely week in Whistler and would definitely recommend Bear Lodge as a place to stay.

Great "home base" while in Whistler

My husband, two sons (ages 6 and 8) and I just returned from a 6 day stay at Bear Lodge unit 311. The unit was clean, well equipped and met all of our needs. We loved the layout (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer) and felt like we could relax with just the right amount of space. The location can't be beat-right in the middle of the village! We also noticed upon check-in that the coffee pot carafe was missing, and were really pleased with the management's response to this issue. They first brought us a replacement carafe (mismatched, but worked) and then on our 2nd day showed up with a brand new coffee maker. We will definitely be back!

Noisy Condo

This condo is well equipped. The kitchen is one of the most complete of any condo I think I`ve stayed at. Wine glasses, pots, etc. If you are planning to cook, you`ll be satisfied. The place is nicely furnished and the fireplace works. The problems start with the location. It`s on the third floor facing the village walk. It is directly across from the nosiest late night club in the village. If you don`t mind loud obnoxious people standing in line to get into the club at 11:30 pm then this place is for you. We also learned upon or arrival the hot tub empty of water. It took 4 days to get it going again.? The front desk was helpful, but not in anyway able to be in control of much. We`ll be staying at a full service resort next time. You get what you pay for.

Hi Barry Thank them for the candid review on the unit ..and its amenities we supply etc. With regard to the noise: Yes the unit faces the Village stroll...but we have added Full second insulating windows and doors that provide ( when closed) a very comfortable and peaceful setting but we will review this as the noise was still an issue for you and your group. We realize that each location offers a unique experience, we hope you still enjoyed the convenience factor of the location and had a good holiday on the slopes!

Great apartment in Whistler village

Stayed at Bear lodge 311 for seven nights in January 2017. We booked this apartment with Bob from itrip. The apartment was fantastic and I will list the reasons why ; great layout , good location and walking distance to the gondola , internal washer /dryer, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms , good quality towels , good water pressure in showers, good size kitchen , comfortable lounges, helpful with checkin..... All up will definitely be back as this was a good choice in our holiday in Canada and our ski holiday in whistler .
