Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the

  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.


The Aspens, Blackcomb ski holiday

Great location with ski in/ out access, a short 100m walk up the slope from Blackcomb village bars and restaurants. Rooms basic but fine for ski holiday purpose, ski valet services and rental facility downstairs make it a very easy experience. The Aspens given its size could benefit by having a small bar / coffee shop facility. Free shuttle bus service with stop near Aspens entrance also makes it easy to get to and from Whistler village

The Aspens is a pretty good location. The layout of this unit is nice, and the owners have obviously spent some money fixing it up with new carpet, new appliances, and what looks like a new sink. The bones are pretty good. There's no view other than of the access driveway and the condos across the driveway, but I could live with that if it was the only negative. However, the cleaning staff are not good. There was human hair in the bathtub, the dishes were just wiped out with a greasy cloth and put back in the cupboard, (not washed), what I assume to be spare sheets were stuffed onto the only racks there are in the closets for you to put your clothes on (there's no dressers anywhere in the unit), the carpet wasn't vacuumed (surprising given that its quite new), the coffee table has a hole in it where it looks like someone had kicked it, and there was a large gross stain on the top sheet of one of the beds. Yuck. Add to that the fact that the windows all face the main access road, and the unit is located directly above the entrance to the underground parking, so that absolutely everyone coming and going passes within 5m-20m of your windows so its quite noisy and completely lacks any privacy unless you close all the blinds. There's also the pool for the condos across the road directly in front of the unit, so all the partying over there is broadcast into this suite. Another problem is that the unit upstairs has tile floors it seems, because whenever anyone walks across the floor upstairs it sounds like a drum being banged in this unit. I owned a townhouse at Whistler for 45 years, and since I sold it I've rented 4 other units in Aspens, and many others in different complexes around the valley, and they didnt have as many negatives as this one does. I wont rent this unit again.

We were beyond impressed with the Aspens room #232 and the entire property. The location of the property makes it incredibly easy to get to town, ride bikes, or go for a stroll in nature. It felt like everything was close yet we felt secluded in nature as well. Clean, spacious and tons of amenities for a family vacation.

The front desk was awesome and very helpful. Keypads throughout the facility made it really simple to have multiple people come in from skiing whenever they wanted. Will definitely visit again. Only criticism is the TV flashed on and off repeatedly as if there were a bad HDMI cord or connection but we didn't watch much TV.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped and well-located condo; communication and check-in were well organized. We had some issues with one sink and maintenance arrived promptly to pursue. Sink back up remained an issue however, and needs further attention. Pool and hot tubs closed throughout our stay due to ban on water use which was beyond anyone’s control. Some sort of compensation (eg. reduced rate, gift card) for this would have been nice. Condo was very warm at night and cooling options were loud, impacting our sleep; another quiet fan would have been helpful. We appreciate the opportunity to share our feedback. We will choose this condo again and would recommend to friends. Thanks!

The location was perfect Just in the hill and near the village The place really comfortable for 5 Everything was very nice, the beds bathroooms smart tv in all rooms perfect to watch movies after a great day of skying!! The only inconvinient was that there was not a blender in the kitchen

We really enjoyed this in-ski out...nice facilities for the family including hot tubs (3) and pool. Our only issue was the hide-a-bed frame was broken.

over all the layout works Master bed in 2 pieces one side soft the other a bit more firm; for 3 weeks two equal firm would be better. very few wine glasses and china very chipped. Overall kitchen could use some updated accessories pots pan etc cutlery. A long handled broom would have been nice.i had to clean out kitchen cupboard under sink and bathroom brush was not touchable. We like to keep the unit tidy and clean.I understand the owners reluctance to have NEW accessories but for what I paid for 3 weeks I anticipated something more. Would like to chat with Bob Wyper asap as to next year. Also as you are probably aware unit very noisy as to stairwell and noise above and snowplow.So would like to discuss rates based on above. Overall as I say we were very happy with unit and layout.

We stayed at the Aspens 232 everything was as excellent and as described. The location was perfect, literally ski in ski out of the property and a short walk down the hill to the upper village for dinner. The three hot tubs where nice as well to handle the crowds when everyone exits the mountain.

This unit was great for a family with 2 teenagers. We had 2 bathrooms and 3 TVs so lots of room. The condo had a great outdoor hot tub where you can watch the skiers come down the hill. Only reason it’s not a 5 star rating is that we found the mattress too hard for our liking

The accommodations were everything we needed as a family to experience a wonderful winter vacation at Whistler. The location was excellent providing ski-in/out accessibility. The condo facility is a short walk to the upper village. The ski valet was a nice service, and the front desk personnel were all very helpful and pleasant.

My family and I loved our trip to Whistler. It was such a treat to ski in /ski out, and the family loved the pool and the hot tub. The condo had lots of room for our family, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. It was close to the village, so it was so great to walk around and convenient to the market and restaurants. We loved the condo and had a great holiday to remember! Thanks!
