Perfect for the solo traveler, this second-floor apartment suite boasts 320 sq. ft. of living space, outside staircase access, 35″ clear entry, king bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with tub/shower combo, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, 49″ 4K TV, WIFI 6, oak hardwood and tile floors, overlooks the courtyard and pool and a closet. On-street parking available in front. Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Rosemary Square, and Grandview Public Market an easy 10-minute walk!

Pool:

The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

***During the construction of the Casa Grandview homes pool all guests can use the Casa Grandview Inn pool. Which starts on 11/15/23 to be completed by 11/30/23.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.

Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).

clean, small ok place

The unit is small; a lot of units have been built into a small building behind a house. But it was clean and satisfactory. The instructions were rather "corporate," saying to go through two gates to find the place (actually two gates take you out into the alley) and to leave dishes in the dishwasher. There was no dishwasher that we could find. No instructions for the TV: it seemed to have only the possibility of casting from a phone or laptop, but, with no instructions we were never certain. There's no washer/dryer, nor is one promised. We could hear our neighbors talking, through the thin walls. Fortunately, they weren't loud or talking late. The area is nice, with many '20s pseudo- Mediterranean houses, and convenient to the Norton Museum and a nice coffee shop. Street parking was no problem.

We found the booking/confirmation process very efficient and professional through iTrip. Everything within the property was fully prepared for our arrival. The property was properly equipped with high end consumables, towels, complementaries, etc. Everything was clean and neat with considerable effort by the owner/operator evident. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here and will not hesitate to book it again in future. We have been vacationing in the area for over five years and always look to stay in this location.
