This 5th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, south facing condo features a wood burning fireplace, 40" flat screen TV/Blu Ray DVD, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining table that seats 6 guests and contains a full size washer & dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom with south facing mountain views comes with king bed, 32” flat screen TV and en suite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed. The guest bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower is located directly across from bedroom 2.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Really pleased with condition of condo and convenience. The condo has an updated kitchen and baths. Views can't be beat. Ski lockers next to garage (from which shuttle departs) are well thought out. Also appreciate little things like free laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. Would stay here again.

Simba Run is right off of the highway. It is a very easy four minute drive to Lionshead to ski. The views were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is nice and clean. The unit I stayed in was stylish, big windows to see the slopes across the way. Furnishings were great as well as the toiletries. I was able to park in the parking garage as well as catch the shuttle over to the village. They provided a locker for my ski gear. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The check in and out process was a breeze. I greatly appreciated the checking I received to make sure my stay was going well.

Two buddies on a ski trip

Enjoyed our stay at Simba Run. This condo is perfect for two guys or two couples as it has two large beds and two bathrooms. Very nice view of the valley and mountains from the large windows. It is close to the highway and you can here some truck noise especially in the morning, but this is the same for all the condos along the highway. It’s just down the road from the grocery stores which we hit in the way to the condo and never used our car again until we left. The condo shuttle works great and we took it to/from skiing each day and out to dinner at night. There is no need for a car or city bus once there. The condo is comfy and clean. They provide lockers by the garage which is where the shuttle picks up, so really convenient. The only negative, which I’m sure is a short term one, is it smelled like smoke when you entered. Like someone started a fire with flue closed. Didn’t really notice it after there for a few minutes but it hits you on the way in. All in all this condo is a good value and would stay again

This place was a joy to stay at! My girlfriend and I stayed here for our bi annual skii / snowboard trip and met up with friends. The location was great, only 3 minute drive from the vail village. The condo was spacious with an exceptional view. If you are someone who cares more about being walking distance from the village, a condo or hotel in vail village is a better option for you. My girlfriend and I personally didn’t mind the 3 minute drive in return for a beautiful view each morning. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more!

Beautiful Vail lodging!

My husband, friend, and I traveled to Vail for a wedding. We are very happy with the decision to rent this condo! It was lovely - the furnishings were modern and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the windows in the living room had a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains! So many great features to mention - we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves (as it was an off-time while we were there), and it was a nice walk (~0.7 mi) to Lionshead Village, where you could enjoy restaurants and shopping. The only thing to note is that when the windows were open, you could hear the traffic. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

The condo was very clean and modern The amenities were great. The only thing was there was no AC in the condo and if you open the windows all you could hear is the highway that’s 300 yards away,and with the windows open it was hard to talk with the group.what was worse is it was hard to sleep at night with all the noise.I would not recommend this place for a summer stay.

This resort worked perfectly for our trip. It was our annual father son trip, as well as our first time to Vail. Location is great and really appreciated the private shuttle which made it so easy to get around. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed in the room. Enjoyed the large hot tubs at the end of the ski day. Would definitely recommend this unit to others

The location, the condo, the facilities, everything has made this a great ski vacation (if you can call skiing a vacation). This has been our first time staying at here, but i am sure it will not be our last.

Met some friends for a conference in Vail. The condo had the perfect amount of space and a great view of the mountains. It is well taken care of and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. It was very nice to have the shuttle service available. Soaking in the hot tub after skiing was a treat too!

This condo is a terrific value. Considering how overpriced Vail is LOL. Two bedrooms two bathrooms very well-equipped nicely decorated! The condo complex has its own shuttle which is absolutely a great added value. We never had to wait!. Took us to dinner at night. Picked us up from the village at night. Be aware this is near the freeway so if you are going in the summer when you want to keep the windows open it is probably not a great choice. On the other hand in the wintertime not really much of a problem. Also a great jacuzzi and pool to enjoy at the end of the day of skiing. The office was very good in helping us with anything that we needed. I highly recommend this unit. 1504. In Simba Run.

We stayed for a long weekend with another couple. This rental was very well equipped- fans, humidifiers, hair dryers, lighted mirror, and a well equipped kitchen. Also, very Comfortable beds and living room furniture. This was my first trip to Vail and the view from this condo was spectacular! It snowed during our visit, and we enjoyed snowshoeing with a local company, as well as snowmobiling one day.

The condo was lovely, clean and large enough for two couples or a family. So it is just as it is pictured. Amenities were also great. When we arrived the front desk had no idea we were coming. I showed my confirmation email. About that time a gentleman who worked there came up and said yes he knew where coming and our condo was ready. As it was a warm day for Vail we opened our windows to let the cool air in as it has no air condition. Not uncommon in the mountains. That is when we heard the road noise. With windows shut not a real problem but open it was noisy. In the winter during ski season you would just look at the mountains out your window. We left early because of a family medical emergency. The day after our last paid day a $66.15 charge was put on my credit card from Simba Run. I called iTrip and it was refunded back to my card. I gave it 3 stars as the place is lovely but noisy when the windows are open. And Simba Run is a nice place but the management of Simba Run needs improving.

This condo is lovely with nice furnishings, nice quality linens, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was clean and we appreciated an unexpected notification that we could have an early check-in. The unit has beautiful views, when you look beyond the busy interstate in the foreground (see next paragraph). I would echo the many other complimentary reviews all of which I read before booking unit 1504. We used the shuttle to downtown which was convenient. There is a trail head for the Gore River Trail just across a round-about, and we thoroughly enjoyed both biking and walking the trail. From the complex, there are sidewalks and an underpass making access to the trail simple. The management company was easy to work with and responded quickly to any specific questions I had. Although I could have looked up the address of the complex on my own, I waited for VRBO/HA to send me the specific location and did not put it in on Google Maps until I had already booked the unit. This complex sits right on the frontage road that runs along I-70, thus the traffic noise is terrible. I am surprised no other reviewer has mentioned that information. In the winter, staying here would probably be fine, but I will not stay here in the summer again. It was warm enough that we had to have windows open (and appreciated the inclusion of fans in the unit). There was a constant roar of road noise day and night. Maybe one of the back units would not be so bad, but I can’t imagine there isn’t quite a bit of noise in those as well. This issue is the only reason I would not give this property five stars. One other downside of this unit is that there is no balcony, though given the noise level, I don’t suppose we would have used it much. Some of the units do have small balconies. The unit itself merits a five star. The convenience of the location merits a five star. The noise level in this unit, however, probably should make it fall below the four stars I am giving it.

Amazing family vacation!

We wanted a place for our family to vacation that was relaxing and didn't feel cramped like a small hotel room with our 2.5 and 7 year old girls. The Simba Run condo was gorgeous, spacious, clean, safe and so comfy! The pool was an added bonus and never crowded. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.

Summer's Last Hurrah!

Excellent location to call home base! We met friends in town, rode the gondola for moutain-top activities, spents time wading in the creek on a sunny day, enjoyed a concert at the Gerald Ford Amphiteatre, and went on a jeep adventure just up I-70 at a local ranch. It was so much fun! Nice to relax afterward in the pool and hot tub. We prefer condos where we can make our own hours and cook our own food. There was some construction occurring in front of the property (noise was not a factor) and we made entry through the back entrance which was quite scenic anyway. Two bedroom, two bath. City Market and Safeway just blocks away. Our staycation was awesome! [The only detractor occurred upon arrival. Someone had placed a room freshener in an electrical outlet. When walking into the condo, we were thrown back at the heavy-handed scent and did not find the device until the next morning. It was a horrible start. Once we found the device, unplugged it, handed it to a property manager, and opened all windows to get rid of that scent, things went better. Note to management: that was a horrible smell and should not be used. Only other note: garage gate was open all the time. We wonder if that is normal? While we felt very safe in Vail and at the property, why does the parking garage gate at the back entrance not shut?]

We stayed at Simba Run in Vail, Colorado in mid-May and found this to be a delightful facility for a long weekend. The condo was very nicely furnished, clean and equipped with a full kitchen. In addition, Simba Run is outside of the Vail Village area but also very close to it allowing guests easy access to the village's amenities but away from the crowds, traffic, and congestion.

The view was fantastic from our condo. Although the Condo is across the interstate from Vail Village it was still very convenient. Simba Run provides shuttle service and the city bus also picks up at Simba Run. The shuttle drivers were very helpful with tips and recommendations. It was nice to not have to worry with drinking and driving. The location was convenient to grocery and liquor stores. We traveled with another couple so it was nice that both bedrooms had king size beds some units did not, we stayed in #1504. The only draw back was the garage had limited parking, however with the shuttle service we rarely took the SUV out of the garage.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for my 4-person group. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub, and, most importantly, a near effortless trip from condo to the lift thanks to the private shuttle offered by Simba Run. We would definitely recommend these accommodations to others.

Fantastic Stay

room was clean and accommodating, the only complaint would be the pull out couch has a terrible mattress. Shower heads were clean and worked well. Water pressure was good and the water got hot quickly and remained hot through 4 people showering back to back. Room had two showers which was awesome. Shuttle to the slopes took only minutes and there were several drop off and pick up point available. I will return!
