This two-bedroom condominium is a terrific location for your vacation getaway to the mountains. Enjoy the sunshine with mountain and valley views from the top level of the building, in this spacious 1100 square foot condo. Relax on the balcony during the summer months.

Part of the Simba Run resort complex, it is conveniently located about 1 mile from Vail Village, across from Lionshead. With the resort’s free shuttle service, or the Town of Vail free bus service right out the door, you will be at the lifts in minutes. In the summer, it's an easy walk into town along Gore Creek.

At the end of the day, relax in the indoor or outdoor hot tub before you settle in by the fireplace. The resort also has an indoor Olympic pool, sauna and work out room. Sleeps up to 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has twin beds, or a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall. The kitchen is very well equipped and updated furnishings include flat screen TVs and a Bose sound system. Free Internet access. Attached shared parking garage.

Easy access to skiing Vail, Beaver Creek or Copper Mountain. Very close to grocery stores, West Vail shops, and restaurants.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

We had a fantastic stay at Simba Run! The shuttle was so convenient. The unit came with everything we needed and more. We appreciated the easy check in and check out process, especially because we arrived late at night. We will absolutely be returning!

What a prime location for visiting the ski hills at Vail! Simba Run condos are located directly across the street from West Vail. If you want to walk, it's doable. But it's best to utilize the shuttle that runs back and forth to Lionshead and other dropoff points. The condo is located on the 5th floor with a view of a ski lift and run. My husband greatly appreciated the garage parking at Simba Run as it snowed several days during our stay. Our condo owners made sure every amenity was available to us. It was the perfect space for our family of 4! Without hesitation, we would reserve this condo again. Great communication from Vail Vacation Properties.

Highly recommend staying at Simba Run. Not only was the condo clean and well stocked, it could not be in a more convenient location for trips to the mountain or just into the village for dinner. Plus, the complex offers a number of great amenities from a free shuttle (the town bus is also super close), pool/hot-tub and indoor parking. We will definitely look to stay at Simba Run again.
