Located in the Sandstone neighborhood of Vail, this one level, two bedroom condo is perfect for a family of four, two couples or small group of friends. There are grocery stores down the street, the North Trail head is a 10 minute walk from the unit and Red Sandstone road leads to the beautiful Piney Lake.

Enter this second story condo from the stairs near the parking lot and store your gear in the closet near the front door. The open floor plan boasts a comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and deck that overlooks the beautiful Gore Creek. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining area with a table that seats four.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds that can be converted to a king as well. Both bedrooms have bathrooms just outside the door and each is equipped with a flat screen TV. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway between the two bathrooms.

This home sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms with 2 kings or 1 king and 2 twins. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Although mother nature didn't provide much snow for our Vail vacation trip, our stay at Sandstone 70 was great. Very clean condo within a short walk to the Vail bus line. The condo had everything we needed to cook in a few nights, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of firewood.

This place was perfect for our ski weekend in Vail. Very comfortable and roomy. Clean and fully furnished with everything needed. Short distance from Lionshead. Worked out great!

My wife and I felt this West Vail condo was excellent! Very nicely decorated, great views, excellent amenities, very efficient, easy access to all areas of vail village, resort, mountain, shopping, and trails, and was an overall enjoyable experience. We recommend this condo to others, and would definitely rent it again.

Between a wedding and reuniting with friends from high school, we entertained a few guests. The condo was perfect. Comfortable, easy to get to and plenty of parking. The bedrooms are basically both master suites. The neighbors are quiet and polite. The kitchen has everything you need. The management, which we never saw, was very professional in welcoming us with clear instructions on how to get there, where to park and how to get in. They checked on us via email and made sure we knew they were there for us should we need anything but we didn't. A great place.

The location of the condo was great. You could take the bus or do the walk into Lionshead. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and the beds and family room furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner if you don't want to go out to eat and just a short drive to the Safeway. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay and ski!
