This charming home is now available for rentals once again! Located on the bus route and nestled in a quiet wooded area, this beautiful three level duplex residence has a flowing floor plan bringing the living, kitchen and dining rooms together on the main level. This property features a perfect blend of privacy and views. The home is located just 6 miles from Vail and 17 miles from Beaver Creek; accessing the slopes no matter the season is very convenient with the free in town bus stop approximately 300 yards away and runs every 20 minutes in high season.

In-residence, the main level has a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 5, dining table for 12 guests. The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, Wall Mounted Flat Screen, and full bath with walk in shower. Two private decks can be accessed from this level. The deck off the dining area features a gas grill, table for 6 and south facing mountain views. The deck off of the living room is equipped with a private hot tub and northeast mountain views.

Located on the upper level is the master bedroom with 32” flat screen tv and en suite bath with double vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two queen beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity. Laundry Room is located on the same level as these 3 bedrooms.

On the lower level, you’ll find bedrooms 4 & 5 plus the full shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and bedroom 5 features 1 queen over queen bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. This room is great for kids, there is also a small lounge area with a flat screen tv.

This home sleeps 16 comfortably in 9 beds.

Vail

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.
Check-out time is 10am.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great property, very close to the shuttle in town. Quiet and pretty surroundings with beautiful wildflowers. There were some spices in the pantry, lot of plates, coffee mugs, dishwasher soap, more than enough garbage bags, lots of towels, comfortable beds, etc. If there is one negative i would say the drier. Someone should check it out, it took three cycles to dry the clothes. We went in summer so we could easily put some wet clothes on the deck and with the dry air it wasn't an issue. But in winter it might be! I would highly recommend this property and the company that manages it.

We had a group of 8 staying in this house and there was more than enough room. Had all the amenities of home and the hot tub was fantastic. Only a short drive or shuttle ride to Vail. I highly recommend this house.

The condo was very comfortable and can accommodate a fairly large group. It's a few minutes walk from the bus stop that takes you right to the slopes so if you don't want to pay high prices for ski-in, ski-out, this is a fantastic place. Updated, very clean and quiet. Communication from the owner/property mgmt was very good and check-in and check-out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is very worn and not at all like presented by the pictures. Many windows dont even have screens. Driveway was blocked by construction workers and other property owners/visitors. Too far from Vail Village...seems to be off the beaten path. Expected to be closer to activities.Very disappointed by value for money paid. Would not recommend property to others.

We stayed at this property for 7 days, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is wonderful, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but Vail Village is a quick drive away. There is a great park within walking distance where we could take our 2 year old grandson every day. We had a problem with one commode, but the manager sent a plumber and fixed it (after one reminder). There was a lot of construction material along the side of the house because they are apparently building a deck on the back property. That was not particularly aesthetically pleasing, but temporary, I assume. I would definitely stay in this house again.

The house suited our needs very well - grandparents and two family's. Parents each had their own room and the 5 cousins (4 - 9years) being together in the bunk bed room was HUGE! Having the outdoor grill and hot tub were pluses. Great park and playground for kids about 400 yards away across the creek! Epic Discovery on top of Vail Mountain is a must - great fun and challenging experience!

Initial impression disappointing with shopworn furniture and carpeting and little to recommend it from the exterior. There was never a mention that this was a duplex. However, it turned out to be a fine family accommodation with lots of beds and baths and gathering places. Well suited to our party of 7 adults and 4 teenagers. We liked the large deck with big table and lots of chairs and the Webber grill worked really well. In fact we ended up liking everything except the parking space which is very limited requiring considerable car shifting. Fortunately the owners in the other half were accommodating. Could be tough in snow or if neighbors didn't care

Place was nice, clean and in good condition. ITrip team was friendly and helpful. Only concerns wee small in that some of the appliance were old and did not fiunction well...missing some basic kitchen utensils. Other than that...all good. Would definitely stay again.

Agency was totally on top of communication. When we arrived, they rapidly resolved a parking issue we had . Rapid refund of damage deposit. Flexible when we requested a late checkout. House itself was good. Comfortable and well thought out. Would have preferred more modern appliances and a ski room or closet. But overall a great house and would return.

We were a party of 12 who stayed at 5040 Prima Court for 12 nights. We found the property to be warm, comfortable and well supplied. As tourists without a car, we appreciated the easy access to the free Vail bus. The house accommodated us well. In particular I found Maureen and her colleagues at iTrip to be excellent to deal with. Any communication was replied to very promptly and pleasantly right from my first inquiry about renting the house. Our questions and requests were dealt with very efficiently and reliably. Altogether, iTrip at Vail were an excellent company to deal with and I unreservedly recommend them and this house that they manage.

Two of our families shared the house for a 3-day wedding weekend. It was everything we hoped for during our stay. The dining/living room area had sliding doors opening onto 2 decks, letting in lots of light and included a hot tub which we used. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. The sleeping accommodations worked out well for our varied group and were on separate levels from those of us chatting in the living/dining area which was convenient. And having three TVs satisfied our TV watching needs. Wifi worked well. We had one small plumbing issue that was resolved within minutes of our contacting the managing agency. Lovely home. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Vail for second year in a row has drawn us out here. Boys trip that has been taking place for over 25 yrs. Though we do like ski in /out a short ride 10 min. with extremely convenient parking is quite fine. We usually have 6-8 guys and all want separate beds, this place fits the bill. Three levels space is ample, plenty of comfortable seating in front of T.V for NFL playoff games and well as eating. The hot tub on the deck is one luxury we will not rent without, though tub needs some repairs, it was quite hot and soothed those muscles after carving them up on the slopes. The fireplace is great, the wood is good but pieces need to be cut smaller, tough keeping fire going, second year in a row with this issue. All together, well kept and maintained, we will return as dealing with the management was very easy.
