We have stayed at this gorgeous beach front home a few times now and we LOVE coming back! They have everything we need for our kids, and a beautiful view. We always feel so relaxed and at peace when we get away to this little home away from home. Will definitely be coming back in the future for different special family occasions!

Had a blast during our trip. The house and space was very clean. A bit of a strange layout but all 8 of us fit just fine. The location is amazing offering beach access, grocery/ Publix store across the street and trolley access both direction just outside the door. Hope to stay here again in the near future.

Thanksgiving stay at Falling Moss

Falling Moss was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. It accommodated 5 adults perfectly and made our stay in Mount Pleasant relaxing and comfortable. The Southern charm was evident throughout the home and the neighborhood was super friendly too a bunch of "yankees"! Thanks again Steven and Sarah for allow us to stay at Falling Moss.

We rented this home to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday. She was so happy with the place. David and Robyn made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The home is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the St George St attractions. The bagel place across the street was perfect. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Condo was very nice. The kitchen is great and well equipped. Great location. The staff with ITrip are very nice and accommodating. We needed fans, due to the heat, and ended up buying two strong box fans and leaving them at the condo. One small suggestion is to have patio furniture that is a better quality. We enjoyed this unit and having a larger space.
