Perfect Spring Break

This is our second trip to Carolina Beach but our first time staying in this unit. Top Deck by far exceeded our expectations. The view, comfort and amenities of the unit along with the cleanliness were top notch! We look for to returning in the future and will most definitely be re booking in the exact same location. Highly recommend!

Stayed several weeks at this property. This was a return visit as we liked the location and the property is well maintained. Any concerns are always addressed quickly. Located in a quiet neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

We have stayed at Ocean Sands many, many times and this is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything seemed updated and with many added conveniences in the unit. The view was beautiful. We will be back next year!

We couldn’t of asked for anything better! The house (everything with the house!) surroundings, access to the beach, access to a lot of great places for food, fun, shopping etc was just perfect! It was better than we imagined!! Definitely will be booking another stay in the near future!

Fabulous stay for the Thanksgiving week!

We had a wonderful 4 days in Balboa! Our choice of accommodation proved to be even more than we expected. It was clean and very well appointed. We walked all over the island and it was beautiful. Having a parking place was great when we explored Newport Beach. We will definitely return.
