Wonderful experience

Room 323 was everything we needed. Check in was easy and hosts were great to work with. Had problem with air conditioning. They had it fixed the next day. Gave us tickets for a dinner cruise. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Great beach front property

Stayed in an ocean view condo. Enjoyed the sunset on the balcony every night. Unit was clean, but you could see some spots that needed a little TLC- mostly in bathroom and entryway. On site pool was very well kept. Also, right next to the tiki bar. This unit had a kitchenette so small meals were easy to do. Was able to get groceries delivered right to our unit. Many restaurants within walking distance. Struggled with the wifi on the TV, but no issues with our personal devices.

Great location and beach. Building is aging, but kept up well. Nice pool area when you aren’t on the beach. It was just my husband and I. Room would have been tight with anyone else.

Overall great time, location is perfect steps to the Gulf from condo. Condo was nice & comfortable until our last day when unbeknownst to us there were going to be electricians in & out of our condo all day. Not a big deal if we had a safe that was operational, left us frustrated our last day

We enjoyed our stay in unit 323. I would say one of the negatives would be the lack of any hot water at all at any faucet in the unit. Other than that the only thing that we would like better was if it was a one bedroom. Thank you

Perfect place for relaxation! Balcony views were awesome. Bed was super comfortable 🥰 couldn’t get stove to work, possibly just me. Would definitely come back to this uncrowded beach. Perfect for the two of us. Thank you for sharing your space with us

We have stayed at the island many times. This unit was very nice. Had everything we needed love being close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue was a mildew smell perhaps from water. There was a dehumidifier in the unit which helped. this was the only reason I did not give it five stars..

A very nice studio condo that is directly on the beach. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, but you can also take the trolley anywhere. The condo is above the tiki bar so if you are sitting on the balcony, you do hear the people at the tiki bar. We had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay at Island Inn 323. Our room was smaller than we are used to but loved being directly on the beach. What a view from the balcony. Our room had been updated nicely and was stocked with everything we needed. The only small complaint was the shower was not hot. 2 days cold water.

This little condo is a perfect beach getaway for two adults or even for two adults and a child like we had. The place is charming. It is decorated with a cheerful beach theme and it has been fairly well maintained. We do miss the red quilt that the place used to have though. The condo is right above the pool so there may be a little noise on the balcony during the day, but it is very quiet at night. The owner provides four beach towels and two beach chairs. There were also some sand toys for children. The management at the Island Inn was very helpful to us as were the iTrip folks. We will definitely be renting this place again.

Sooooo great...up till the last 2 days!

The location is perfect! It really is just a few short steps to a glorious beach. The room is adorable. The view is fantastic. The tiki bar directly below our balcony settles down fairly early. A quick walk, uber ride, or bus ride to anywhere you want to go. Everything was fabulous right up until we ended up sitting in a stairway for HOURS waiting to get our room unlocked on day 5. Got let in...and told the batteries in our door lock were dead, and would be replaced right away. Well...missed sunset swim that night waiting. On to our day 6 adventures the next morning. Came back tired and hungry and loaded down with packages...only to sit in the stairwell AGAIN for quite some time waiting to be let back in. Missed sunset swim, dinner reservations, etc on our last night here waiting and waiting. Finally, a nice young man came and took a whole 5 minutes to fix the problem. Now...why did we have to lose our final 2 evenings waiting for a 5 minute fix? All in all...I would come back, but demand that the little things like this be taken care of early in our stay, versus losing our last 2 evenings.

This little condo was everything they depicted it to be. They even had beach towels, chairs, and a few sand toys. It was comfortable and clean. At one point we blew a fuse because we had too many appliances going at the same time (microwave, toaster oven, hair dryer), and our electricity went out. We called the number and got someone on site to fix it immediately. Good customer service.

This was our 5th trip to island inn and as always the room was perfect. Very nice amenities and the bed was so comfortable .. Very nice living room area made it perfect to watch tv or look out the balcony at the beautiful view. Always enjoy ourselves at island inn and will continue to return.

The Island Inn Beach Resort is not much of a resort at all. No restaurant, unimpressive lobby and very few gathering places. The pool was OK but no hot tub. The entire property looked old and dated. The front desk was not very helpful as,they rented rooms directly and were not connected with itrip at all. Our studio room was nice enough but when all the fees and taxes were added up we ended up paying over $800 for three night's lodging. I don't mind paying that for a first class resort but the Island Inn is not that at all.

Our studio room was perfect for the two of us. Sunsets were lovely from the white sand beach or from the corner balcony. The rooms decor was beautiful and beachy. We used the toaster oven to bake pre-made cookies one night for a treat!! The room is located over the pool and tiki bar/lounge. Enjoyed sitting on the couch for reading. Check in was easy.
