Relaxing beach vacation
5/5 stars
We stayed at the Palms just weeks after Helene and Milton had struck Treasure Island, so we were happy to see the beach right across the street cleaned up and ready for visitors. Many businesses were still closed, but those that are open welcomed us and seemed really thankful to have people returning to the area. The amount of cleanup that has already happened is pretty amazing. We especially enjoyed the beach and relaxing on the balcony with a wonderful breeze and dolphins in the bay. It's also super convenient to have a Publix next door. Looking forward to returning in a few months!

Perfect Location
5/5 stars
We stayed at the Palms for a month starting in mid-January and loved every minute of it! The view of the intercoastal is amazing & we never grew tired of spending time on the huge balcony. We saw dolphins and all sorts of birds, but nothing could beat the sunrise each morning. For the sunset, we walked across the road to the beach, where there is a great paved trail or you can go down to the waterfront. The Publix is right next door, & there are loads of restaurants within walking distance including John's Pass Village just across the bridge in Madeira Beach. We also drove down to DeSoto State Park where there are endless trails to explore. The condo itself had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, beach chairs & towels, and even a desk in the master bedroom for the days my husband was working remote. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Stay
5/5 stars
We had a wonderful stay. Great location, with a short walk to the gorgeous beach which was never crowded. Beautiful view from the balcony! The pool was nice and clean and never crowded. Shopping and restaurants close and convenient. No issues with parking. There were 3 beach chairs and an umbrella in the room. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The only minor issues we noticed was that the dryer has to be run multiple times to dry clothes completely and the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. Overall I highly recommend and would stay again!

Much Needed Vacation
4/5 stars
I travel often, but because of the pandemic, I’ve missed out on many trips so this vacation to Treasure Island was much needed. The Palms of Treasure Island is a beautiful property located directly on the bay. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the dolphins swimming in the water are a delightful sight. My condo was clean and spacious with comfy beds. The washer/dryer are not the best and left rust stains on the clothes. The master bath could use some upkeep as far as the shower head/tub cleaning. Also, the unit has carpet— not a fan of that at the beach. Overall, the condo and the property itself are great and will definitely utilize again.

Enjoyed our stay
5/5 stars
We were in town for my nieces wedding, which was at the Bilmar Resort. Location of condo was great. Walking distance to Publix, quite a few restaurants and shops. Treasure Island Beach access is right across the street. We had a little maintenance issue the first day, but was resolved quickly. There were 4 of us and it worked out great. Nice view of the intercoastal from the balcony. My only minor complaint would be that the pool water was not heated and the hot tub looked like it needed cleaning (not very inviting). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. I would recommend your condo to others. Thank you! (My brother did a Drone video of the outside of the condo and the intercostal. If you would be interested in seeing it, please let me know. It is a beautiful look at the back pool area and water!)

Awesome view! Dolphins!!
5/5 stars
My family of 4 loved this condo so much that we plan to return next year! We loved spending time on the large balcony looking over the intercostal waters and the pool. Watching the dolphins play in the mornings and evenings from our own private balcony was a highlight of our trip! The master bedroom was large with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. My sons enjoyed the second bedroom with a queen size bed and patio doors leading to the balcony and the sofa bed in the living room with more patio doors to the balcony. I enjoyed the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen (except for a corkscrew) and a washer and dryer and a grocery store next door. My family loved the pool, hot tub and fishing dock too! There’s also a beautiful beach across the street and beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and bait buckets for residents to use! Look no further. This is the place. We would recommend to friends and family! Colette

Best Location
5/5 stars
We just finished a six week stay in this unit at the Palms of Treasure Island and loved every bit of it! Beautiful view of the waterway from a large covered balcony - sun in the mornings and shady afternoons and evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen for nights we cooked in. Comfy beds in both bedrooms and nice size bathrooms. Lots of closet space in this unit! We love this location and rarely use our car because so many fun places are in walking distance, even a nice grocery store right next door. Quick walk to the beach! Our favorite spots were Ricky T’s for daily music, Ka’Tiki for Sunday morning Bloody Mary bar, Bamboo Hut (John’s Pass) for afternoon music, and Sea Hags for dinner. But so many good restaurants and live music around! Itrips was very attentive and responded quickly on the rare occasion we needed assistance. Already looking forward to next year! ☀️

Outstanding 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Pictures do not do it justice. Lush and tropical exterior grounds. Pool is pristine and, cleaned daily. Beach towels provided along with beach chairs, Frisbee and sand toys. Beach is just a 2 minute walk away. We had some boxes misrouted by UPS, Brandon and Charles from iTrip Vactions were very kind and dropped them off to us. Thank you Gents!!! Going back to Palms very soon.

Palms of Treasure Island has great amenities. Pool is sparkling. The grounds are lush and tropical. I sent down some boxes that had UPS miss routed. Charles and Brandon from iTrip Vacations were kind enough to drop them off in our condo. Going back very soon!

Good Stay
5/5 stars
Enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Was quiet at night except one night I could hear people talking around 2 AM but I wasn't sleeping that well that night so otherwise probably wouldn't have heard them. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were good additions. Beach was quick walk across the street. Publix was right next door. Only complaint was that we had to provide garbage bags after first one and I really didn't want to buy a box of garbage bags when I only needed 1 or 2 additional ones. A box was $6 and up at Walgreens or Publix.

Nice place, great location
5/5 stars
We had a really positive stay overall at condo. The rooms were nice and large, everything was very clean from the floors to the linens.the kitchen was roomy to cook, the pans were warped but functioned well enough to use. Our only complaint, which we didn't address with anyone, was the guest bed (I believe it's a queen). It was extremely uncomfortable for adults, one side had a huge dip in it making it very uncomfortable to sleep in, but kids could sleep in it no problem. The staff was great, the location was right across from beach access abs restaurants and bars were a very short walk away, and right next door was a grocery store. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
