My family of 4 loved this condo so much that we plan to return next year! We loved spending time on the large balcony looking over the intercostal waters and the pool. Watching the dolphins play in the mornings and evenings from our own private balcony was a highlight of our trip! The master bedroom was large with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. My sons enjoyed the second bedroom with a queen size bed and patio doors leading to the balcony and the sofa bed in the living room with more patio doors to the balcony. I enjoyed the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen (except for a corkscrew) and a washer and dryer and a grocery store next door. My family loved the pool, hot tub and fishing dock too! There’s also a beautiful beach across the street and beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and bait buckets for residents to use! Look no further. This is the place. We would recommend to friends and family! Colette

Overall the room is your typical condo. The entryway needs updated . The main door that faces the street is locked so you were unable to get in there without a key you have to go to the side door which is hard to find to use that code that they give you. The elevator is Very slow and looks dirty, the room carpet is horrible! We kept stepping on tiny nails where the carpet and linoleum met at the kitchen and bathroom. The room had a dirty feel to it. There was a dish drainer under the sink it was full of horrible smelling water that spilled all over the cabinet below. There were crumbs all over the stove and in the drawer down below it. There were only four stools at the counter and four chairs on the deck making it hard for our family of seven to have a meal together. There was no place to put your suitcase. No chair in the room and no fold out luggage holder. The second bedroom does not have access to the bathroom without coming through the living room and down the hallway making it hard for privacy. My biggest complaint was that the thermostat is locked and it felt very humid and warm in the room at night time. There is no fan in the guest bedroom. The only night we went to grill there all three gas containers were empty. We liked the location being next-door to Publix was very handy. And the beach is right across the street that was wonderful. We walked one day to John’s Pass and walked through the shops and had lunch where we can watch the dolphins. We did see dolphins off our deck two different days.

We just finished a six week stay in this unit at the Palms of Treasure Island and loved every bit of it! Beautiful view of the waterway from a large covered balcony - sun in the mornings and shady afternoons and evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen for nights we cooked in. Comfy beds in both bedrooms and nice size bathrooms. Lots of closet space in this unit! We love this location and rarely use our car because so many fun places are in walking distance, even a nice grocery store right next door. Quick walk to the beach! Our favorite spots were Ricky T’s for daily music, Ka’Tiki for Sunday morning Bloody Mary bar, Bamboo Hut (John’s Pass) for afternoon music, and Sea Hags for dinner. But so many good restaurants and live music around! Itrips was very attentive and responded quickly on the rare occasion we needed assistance. Already looking forward to next year! ☀️

Outstanding 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Pictures do not do it justice. Lush and tropical exterior grounds. Pool is pristine and, cleaned daily. Beach towels provided along with beach chairs, Frisbee and sand toys. Beach is just a 2 minute walk away. We had some boxes misrouted by UPS, Brandon and Charles from iTrip Vactions were very kind and dropped them off to us. Thank you Gents!!! Going back to Palms very soon.

Enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Was quiet at night except one night I could hear people talking around 2 AM but I wasn't sleeping that well that night so otherwise probably wouldn't have heard them. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were good additions. Beach was quick walk across the street. Publix was right next door. Only complaint was that we had to provide garbage bags after first one and I really didn't want to buy a box of garbage bags when I only needed 1 or 2 additional ones. A box was $6 and up at Walgreens or Publix.

Highlites are the nice location next to beach and Publix and the view (bay view). Downsides are the only medium quality cleaning (mold in shower corner), looks like no one ever cleaned between the sliding door tracks leading to the balcony. The bed was not confortable, bent through towards the middle, just too worn.... The furnishing is kept to a minimum, the buildung has no charm (maybe because all condos are commercially rented out through different firms... )

Thank you for the feedback. We will inspect the bed immediately, and also take care of any cleaning issues. We do maintain a 24hr maintenance line if there ever any issues, and can respond extremely quickly.

We had a really positive stay overall at condo. The rooms were nice and large, everything was very clean from the floors to the linens.the kitchen was roomy to cook, the pans were warped but functioned well enough to use. Our only complaint, which we didn't address with anyone, was the guest bed (I believe it's a queen). It was extremely uncomfortable for adults, one side had a huge dip in it making it very uncomfortable to sleep in, but kids could sleep in it no problem. The staff was great, the location was right across from beach access abs restaurants and bars were a very short walk away, and right next door was a grocery store. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
