Great location with excellent access to the beach and beautiful view of the gulf. Great availability of restaurants nearby. Grounds were nicely maintained and the on site tiki bar, cafe and pool were all great. The mattress in main bedroom and the pots and pans are long overdue for replacement. I would also recommend two additional chairs on balcony.

Wonderful stay very close to the beach

We really loved our stay in this great equipped appartement, so close to the beach and sea. Would definately recommend this and stay here again. Easy parking, just a few steps to the beach and sea. Appartement contains lots of beach- and swimsupplies. Airco was working really well. Beautiful full seaview.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 9 year son. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Sitting on the patio watching dolphins was a highlight. The beach is gorgeous, area felt very safe. Looking forward to returning in the future!

This small resort did not disappoint , our room was nice, the Cafe offered good food and great drinks at the bar. The only downside was renting beach chairs snd umbrellas during the stay, it can get a bit expensive. The visit to the shake shack was an absolute treat!! The most delicious soft serve ice cream 🍦. Overall a wonderful stay.

We've stayed at this resort many times and this room was one of the best we've had yet. You can't beat the beach-front room and view. The room was clean and equipped with the accommodations it listed. We love the friendly staff, the cafe, and the bar here. The pool was heated, which is great this time in the winter months. My only complaint is the key-code changed before checkout time, so when we needed to get back in the room we were locked out. I would recommend not locking the door to the unit on checkout day.

Great stay and location!

This was such an easy, smooth stay. I never had to reach out once. The room was clean, it was fairly easy to find (once you find your designated parking spot) and the room is super close to beach access, same floor as the cafe for breakfast/coffee and close to the pool. I also didn’t realize how close to John’s Pass we were, we drove but it would have been less than a mile walk. Never had any issues and would recommend!

We had a great time and had an excellent view. We got married on the beach in front of Sunset Vistas! It was perfect! We went to the nearby Publix and got groceries for the week. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

The view is the best part as you wake up with a clear view of the gulf waters. The sunsets alone are worth booking this location. The location was great - walking distance to all you could need, with the ice-cream Shake Shack right next door! We will be back!

Sunset Vistas Resort offered an unforgettable vacation experience. The spacious, well-appointed condo provided breathtaking sunset views from our private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily. The resort's proximity to the beach was a major plus, with direct access to the soft sands and crystal-clear waters. We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who ensured our stay was comfortable. The pool area was clean and enjoyable for both adults and kids. Overall, Sunset Vistas Resort was an ideal destination for relaxation and beachfront fun, and we would love to return.
