This place is a perfect place to stay. The room has a nice balcony that you look out into the water. You see dolphins & manatees swimming almost every day. Then you have the beach access right across the street which was perfect. I was down there for work so I took in a couple of Tampa Bay Rays games. It was so easy to get too. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The condo was so convenient everything was right there where you needed it The room was absolutely beautiful with what a gorgeous view bedding was comfortable place was clean and neat as a pin. There is an awesome coffee shop right downstairs when you enter the building there's carts there for you to lcarry all your stuff up and down super convenient! Parking was excellent It had a very nice pool I would definitely stay there again

Great place to stay in Madeira Beach!

We loved the condo. Nicely furnished, views are amazing! Very clean. The pool and grounds are very well kept. Location is Perfect!!! Our only complaint is the Beach equipment was very inadequate. We went and bought our own chairs, should have bought a large umbrella. That is my only recommendation to update the chairs and umbrella to make the beach experience, exceptional. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Peaceful, clean and fun!

We stayed a week in skyline 404. Everything was expected as pictured in the photos. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Couch was a little small. But it worked. It is not a pullout. The deck was perfect looking over the backwaters. We saw manatees and fish! A nice walk across the street to the beach :) Things I would recommend is an updated washer/dryer unit. You need to run the dryer two cycles to dry anything completely. I would bring chairs for the beach. There were three chairs there but were very dated and rusting . The kitchen had plenty of supplies. There is a grill by the pool that was nice to use ! The pool was nice and warm . Seating area is shady in the morning but sunny late morning and afternoon:) Loved that there is a shopping cart to bring up groceries. Parking is under the building, part covered and part not and always had a spot ! Even room for a guest for a day ! I would stay here again :)

The Heart of Madeira Beach!

The condo was exactly as expected, and provided us a great place to stay for nearly two weeks. Terrific breakfast restaurant in the lobby area and quick, safe walk to the beach in minutes. Ample parking and smooth check-in process. The very best thing was watching the manatees in the waterway behind the resort. So much fun! Thank you, ITrip!

Good stay

We had a great time here with little issues. For whatever reason the wifi login information was incorrect and no one was able to resolve the issue. There’s plenty of construction in the area, specifically next door where workers would be out at 8am with saws cutting things making a bunch of noise but with the devastation from the hurricane, I can understand that. If you have a neighbor in the above unit, you will hear footsteps so be aware of that. Outside of some of those issues, the staff here with itrip were very helpful and always reached out. I hope the next trip we take is through them because they are great and the staff is super nice. Hoping the area rebuilds and gets its legs back, things are starting to look good with little businesses and buildings still closed. We would definitely return here, thanks!

This condo was perfect. Would definitely like to stay here again. Perfect location to restaurants and St.Johns Pass. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Spacious, clean condo with any necessity you could need. Beds very comfortable for a good night's sleep.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Skyline of Madeira Condo #404. We have stayed in the building several times before and this condo was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. We love this location. Easy walk to the beach, Johns Pass, grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice pool area. We are already planning our return for next year. The only negative about our trip is it went way too fast. Itrip was great to work with.

Very nice place, very clean we enjoyed the condo, every thing is new and upscale. Sitting in the balcony watching the boats and the water is very relaxing time will always remember. This is the place for any one looking to enjoy the beech just cross the street. Thank Itrip

The place is perfect in every way, updated furniture, location you have the costal water view and you are on the beech just cross the street. Very clean, II stayed in many places Before. We stayed in the condo with my in-law and was time to remember. This 4th floor condo give you a beautiful view of intercostal water Also just cross the street is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sugar sands beech. The condo all updated and it looks like 5 star accommodation.

We needed 2 beds and 2 baths and this was perfect. Nice views of the inter coastal and the gulf right across the street with east beach access. Definetly would stay in this condo again.
