Welcome to Blue Mesa Ranch, a beautifully updated three-bedroom, two-bath retreat nestled in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Set on two private acres and surrounded by vineyards, this inviting getaway offers the perfect balance of relaxed charm and modern comfort, with hot air balloons often drifting across the morning sky.
The location is hard to beat. Just a short walk to Wilson Creek Winery and minutes from Ponte Winery, Bottaia Winery, and South Coast Winery, you’ll have easy access to some of the region’s most popular tasting rooms.
Back at the property, unwind in your private outdoor spa, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the picnic table under twinkle lights for an easy evening at home. The backyard also features an above-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Wine Country afternoons. Just outside the front door, you’ll find a ping pong table for a little friendly competition and added fun during your stay.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully refreshed with upscale finishes and a warm, welcoming design. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck with direct spa access, and a spacious bathroom with a dual walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers both a full and twin, making it ideal for families or small groups.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area for six, and the living room provides a comfortable space to relax with a large TV and dedicated workspace.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Government ID & Local Guidelines
As required by Riverside County, we must keep a copy of your government-issued ID and confirm that you have watched the "Good Neighbor" video. The responsible renter must be 25+ years old.
Pets (Dogs Only)
Pets: Dogs are allowed with prior approval and execution of a Pet Addendum. A $150 pet fee per dog applies, with a maximum of two (2) dogs permitted. If a second dog is approved, an additional $150 pet fee is due once the reservation is booked. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs at all times. Any aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or presence of unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund. The homeowner is not liable for any illness or injury to dogs or humans. No other animals are permitted.
Housekeeping
No daily maid service. Linens and towels must not be removed from the unit. An initial supply of essentials is provided. One-time cleaning fee is included. Extra fees apply for unusual cleaning, including excessive pet hair.
Noise & Quiet Hours
No outdoor/amplified music AT ANY TIME. Violations may result in $1500 fines. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. No outdoor activities, or pool use during these hours. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are in use on this property. Do NOT tamper with these devices to avoid additional fees.
NONSMOKING Property - FIRE ZONE AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited. $250 fine plus carpet cleaning/deodorizing fees will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
Use of Fire Pit is strictly prohibited
Septic System
Do not dispose of solids, grease, or non-biodegradable materials down drains. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Additional fees may apply for septic damage.
Parking & Property Use
No street parking. Park inside the property only. Max 3 vehicles. No party buses, RVs, trailers or outdoor camping/sleeping in vehicles.
Towing Policy: Unauthorized vehicles, including those parked in restricted areas, blocking fire lanes, or impeding access, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Pool & Spa Heating (where available)
Pool heat optional, heating to 75-83°F. Notify 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating charged for entire stay.
Spa heat: $100+Taxes and credit card fees /day for up to 4 hours.
Seasonal heating rates:
Winter: $195/day + tax
Spring: $150/day + tax
Summer: $125/day + tax
Fall: $175/day + tax
DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL HOSE OR VACUUM
$250 FINE will be charged immediately if the hose is removed for any reason.
Rentals Over 30 Days
Rentals of 30 days or more are responsible for propane usage during their stay.
Additional Guest Rules
- Report any damage immediately.
- Dispose of all trash in exterior receptacles.
- Inspect property upon arrival and report issues. Reporting doesn’t entitle refunds.
- Guests are responsible for excessive electrical usage. Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.
- Follow all posted rules and local laws. No amplified music indoors/outdoors.
- Notify us of maintenance issues immediately; damages caused by neglect will incur fees.
- No alterations to property (furniture, decorations, nails).
- No subletting or assignment of the rental agreement.
- Breach of rules may result in eviction without refund.
- Guests are transient lodgers; owners retain possession and access rights.
- Leave premises in the same condition as found, normal wear expected.
- Use of Fire Pit is strictly prohibited
Maintenance & Refunds
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet access (Wifi), appliances, televisions, and electronics.
Please note: This is a working estate. Staff or maintenance may be on-site occasionally for essential upkeep. We aim to minimize disruption and appreciate your understanding.
Additional Cleaning Fees
Excessive trash, dirty grills, unwashed dishes, spills, stains, smoking, or excessive pet hair may incur additional fees.
