Able to rent at last minute. Took upper unit that is 2 bed/2 bath. Was as described, rustic, charming. Great kitchen and living space. Interior doors to bath/beds EXTREMELY narrow. Comfy beds, good closets, nice TV in both bedrooms and living area. Rough around the edges in bath rooms yet bedrooms were quaint. Ocean views were nice.

Great house, great location! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and - best of all - an easy short walk to the beach and center of town. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the multiple decks. This was our first time in Folly Beach and we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful view, covered, inside parking a plus. Very secure building. Great location. Apartment could use a bit updating, but no complaints. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Washer and dryer on site. Sunsets can be viewed from private porch. Totally enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The space is described as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and all other amenities. The village of siesta key is awesome with shops and great food. The beach is incredible. It’s a must stay.

What can I say? This place was absolutely awesome. Extremely clean and well appointed. It’s an old house that has been renovated to accommodate two couples. Plenty of room and privacy. Love the fact that each BR has a king bed and its own bathroom and on separate floors. Kitchen is well equipped if needed. Great location too. All in all, a great place and we would definitely stay again.
