The Waterford offers a fantastic and very unique Steamboat location. Tucked away on a private side street and surrounded by trees, you feel like you are in the woods, yet within walking distance of the gondola/base area.

This spacious four bedroom, four and a half bath, three level townhome feels more like a modern mountain cabin and features a two-car garage and a large deck with ample seating and your own gas grill.

Solid fixtures and furnishings, fabulous flooring, beautiful tongue and groove wood ceilings and beams highlight the open living area on the main level.

The modern kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal.

The dining area provides seating for 8 around a fabulous dining table. There are also three seats next to the the dining table at the kitchen island.

Kick back and relax on the large, leather sofa and love seat and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen tv or just take in the fabulous views and warm up in front of the enticing gas fireplace.

There is also an office area on the main level that includes a desk, chair and some storage. Combined with high speed Xfinity broadband WiFi, this makes the Waterford #26 perfect for your remote working and schooling needs.

Access both decks on the main level and enjoy Colorado outdoor living in a serene wooded setting.

There is also a powder room, as well as a full-size washer and dryer on this level.

Upstairs is where all three en suite bedrooms are located and include flat screen TVs, tons of storage and their own private, remodeled full bathrooms.

The king en suite has spectacular views, a walk in shower, double sink vanity and offers air conditioning via a mini split system.

The queen en suite also has magnificent views and a walk in shower.

The bunk en suite has a queen bed and twin XL over queen bunk bed with a double sink vanity, tub/shower combo shower and a huge closet.

Downstairs is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. There is another bathroom in the hall with a walk in shower.

Most mountain residences, including this property (except for the master bedroom), do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We had a wonderful visit staying in the condo. The condo was large and clean. We had more than enough room for our family and dog! The beds were comfortable. The management team was nice and very communicative. It was in a great location for walking/running, close to town and the mountain.

Our family of eight just stayed 4 nights at the Waterford #26 townhouse. Very spacious and comfortable for our big group. Great views from the deck and close walking distance to Steamboat Resort. The kitchen was well stocked for a big group and had everything we needed and then some. Second refrigerator in the garage was a life saver for keeping a half sheet birthday cake cool until our celebration. Our host, iTrip did a great job communicating between initial booking all the way through checkout. It was great to have everything work (door locks, what to expect, where to dine, etc) as expected with no need for calling for help. Our group had a great time in Steamboat and enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing. Everything is updated, super clean, and plenty of room. Having access to the shuttle made getting to the resort and back so convenient, but it was also close enough where we could take the pedestrian path and walk. If you’re considering this place, look no further! Will definitely stay here again.

This 4 bedtoom condo was wonderful! And perfect for our family Xmas. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and a broken fridge ice maker door mechanism was attended to promptly, but needed a part to be repaired. It still made ice tho, but we just couldn't get it thru the door. Great shuttle to the ski area just 300 yds walk. And you can get a shuttle downtown too.

We had a great time in Steamboat and really enjoyed this condo at the Waterford. Location is excellent- it’s a wonderful community, and easy to walk to the gondola if needed, although with frequent shuttle service we only walked once! There is so much space and everything was super comfortable. We have a young baby and the pack & play was greatly appreciated.

Loved my stay at Waterford #26! The townhome has a very cozy, welcoming feel. It's about a 10 minute walk to the gondola for easy access to the mountain. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable, beautiful mountain views, what more could you ask for?!? Highly recommend for your Steamboat Springs vacation!

I had such a lovely time during my stay! The place was clean and well stocked with everything I needed, perfect for a group of friends. Just a short 10 minute walk to Steamboat resort and there is also a bus that comes very regularly which makes it super easy to start your day skiing ASAP. Also close to restaurants and bars for a good time!

We stayed at Waterford #26 for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The condo is immaculate and very well appointed. The rooms/bathrooms/living spaces are large and allowed for plenty of relaxation. The location is amazing, we were able to walk to the resort with ski gear in less than 7 minutes, and often returned mid day to grab lunch or drinks- which really helped to save money! We also could walk to a brewery and restaurants when we were burnt out from a day of skiing (rough life, I know!) The plows were out early and we never had any trouble getting in and out from the driveway/entrance. I think we'll make this our annual Steamboat Springs getaway location.

Fantastic location, under a 10 minute walk to the ski resort base and gondolas. Home is in a quiet area with beautiful mountain views from the balcony, and a quick drive to downtown Steamboat and amenities. Will definitely come back!

We stayed at the Waterford #26 Townhouse for a family trip. There were 6 adults and one infant. The townhouse was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It was nicely furnished and had 3 en-suite bedrooms. The amenities there, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, were great. Access to the ski area was very close and easy with the shuttle. We enjoyed being able to cook meals and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend this place. It also had a cover two car garage which was helpful after getting new snow. The roads were plowed each morning after the snow so getting around was easy. The shuttle also will take you to town for some fun shopping.

Great place for large group

The condo was clean, organized and a good location to access the mountain via short drive (less than 1.5 miles). Property manager was very responsive checked on us upon arrival and mid-week to ensure everything was ok. Condo is perfect for 2 families. We had 9 guests and fit perfect. I wouldn’t go more than 10-11 people as some may have to sleep on air mattress or couch. Great place.

Great Space! Our group of 4 couples stayed here. It was spacious and comfortable for our long weekend stay. There are 2 garage spots, and two more cars easily parked in front of the garage doors. It's walking distance from Gondola area, even in ski boots. The kitchen was clean and had cookware/utensils for making dinners. There's also a desk for those who need to work remotely. Overall the place is spacious, relaxing, and well upkept. Would recommend!

We had a great weekend at this condo in Steamboat! The property is centrally located right by the lifts, hiking and biking. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and there is even a grill. We really enjoyed our time at this condo and will definitely be back!

This beautiful space was perfect for a weekend getaway! Great location, close to downtown Steamboat, hiking trails, and only a short walk away from the gondola! The place was extremely clean and management was very responsive. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, hanging out at the community pool and soaking in the hot tub after long days of hiking and biking. We will absolutely stay here again... next time during ski season.

I would highly recommend this home! It was clean, stayed cool in the summer heat, and was spacious. The walk to the base was easy and the management company was responsive and easy to work with. We brought our baby and found the house safe for a mobile 11 month old. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful place! Super easy walk to the base of the mountain. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the private hot tub and community pool. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip.
