This spacious 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath end unit town home offers fantastic views of the slopes of Mt. Werner, Sleeping Giant & Emerald Mountain which makes this a fantastic vacation rental. It's conveniently located between the mountain and downtown so it's only a few miles away from both. This Eaglepointe Town Home will comfortably sleep 10 adults.

The top level features two master suites. The king master suite features a large walk in closet, bathroom, jetted tub/shower combo and private balcony with amazing views. The queen master suite offers a private bath with a walk in shower, large walk in closet and spectacular views.

The living area, kitchen and 3rd bedroom are on the main level. Relax and lounge by the fireplace in the living area on the comfortable sofas. There is a balcony off the main level with fantastic mountain views and a grill. This level also has a full bathroom with a tub shower combo and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything and more you'll need to stay in and cook. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen counter.

The 4th bedroom is on the bottom level and you can sleep 5 with bunk beds (3), a day bed and trundle bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo right outside the bedroom.

There is a nice, open space right next to the property that includes a fire pit (spring, summer and fall only).

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Cozy and Close to steamboat ski mountain

The townhouse is cozy. We enjoyed our ski trip at the lovely place. It’s only about 10 mins away from the nearest free parking lot of ski area. Kitchen has everything we need. Four bathrooms are very needed for a large group like us. The host would check you for any needs and respond very quickly! Didn’t know it would have discount sometime. So make sure you check with the host for potential promotion before booking.

Older unit, could use an update But the neighbors were amazing, fun and friendly! We had issues with the dishwasher but the property management team sent someone and fixed it! We love Steamboat visit often and have had great times in this fun mountain town! we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms that this unit provied

This condo is a good spot for a big group that needs to just sleep in the house and is otherwise outside. It was very tight with 8 people there, the kitchen was very small and some appliances were quite outdated. It served its purpose for our group. Thanks

Snowmobiling trip

We took a snowmobiling trip to steamboat springs, CO with 7 guys from different states. We usually got a hotel but not his year we decided to rent this townhouse. It was great. It had a kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cups and etc. the place was clean overall. Cons: The carpet was a little worn and dirty. We don’t wear shoes in our Homes. Wood flooring would be a good change. No parking for trailers. As we brought our snowmobiles And we had to leave our trailer unattended at a hotel near by.

The house suited our group of ten well. Having a bathroom on each floor was definitely a plus. Master bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The room on the ground floor was great for three young boys. Kitchen was small but well equipped. There was a decent little sledding hill right next to the home which provided some solid entertainment for the kids. Only reccompndation I’d have to the owner it’s to put some floor mats in at the main entry. It’s gets a little sloppy from snow/ski boot traffic. All in all, it was a great place for us.

We had a large group of adults and this condo had plenty of sleeping space and lots of bathrooms! It is in a great location and easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Note: there is not air conditioning and the top floor can get warm. It will cool down at night with the windows open.

So far we are thrilled - party of 10- 4 adults and 4 teenagers and 2 children - for a summer break. The house is well equipped to sleep everyone, in this lovely , clean, tri level property. Close to town, alpine slide, strawberry hot springs, fish creek falls (amazing hike) - and amazing summer weather. Grassy outdoor area right next to the property for corn hole and a fire pit. Management company were very responsive and available to help - The only slight negative is kitchen and family area are not very big when all 10 of us are in there. However the bedrooms and bathrooms make up for this!

Fantastic location only 5 minutes from the mountain. Clean and spacious property with plenty of room to sleep up to 9 adults including couples. Had 4 guys in town for a few days and it worked perfectly for us.

We really enjoyed out stay! Bedrooms were very comfortable and well spaced out and it was extremely nice to have a bathroom on every level. The community space (living room/kitchen) area is very tight and cozy, but my family came up to spend time together so we didn't mind at all. My 1-year old niece was with us and checkout was in the middle of her nap time, but I emailed iTrip and they were so accommodating that they pushed back checkout to make it easier on all of us! The internet speed was very slow so if I had once suggestion for improvement it would be to speed that up. I know we were in the mountains and should not be on the internet, but we had a few people that had to work from the condo for a few hours and they had some trouble getting things done due to slow connection. Overall great place, would stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay. Given the timing (our spring break) and the circumstances, we were incredibly pleased with the value we received for the property and the communication with the property manager/host. There was a genuine sense of care. The unit has large bedrooms that sleep families comfortably. Parking was easy and not crammed even when a large group occupied the unit next to us. Lots of hooks for ski gear to air out just inside the unit. And a good amount of storage for gear in the garage. As advertised, you are not far from town or the mountain. The unit is a little tight in the kitchen and living space but the space is efficient. Some appliances, utensils and kitchenware are dated but they get the job done. For example, I was a little surprised there wasn't a kettle but we just boiled a pot of water when we needed it. Being an end unit, it does neighbor a community open space where many people walk their dogs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and iTrip.

I booked this home for some out-of-town guests I had visiting town & I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! The itrip staff helpful & responsive, the home was clean & affordable & my guests raved about their experience. They told me the beds were comfortable & that every detail had been accounted for. I would recommend itrip to anyone & I will definitely continue to use their services when booking Steamboat accommodations for my out-of-town guests!
