Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

2 Parking spaces (1 covered) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

You are only 1-2 minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store. Runs on a loop 8 - 10 am, on call other times (allow 15-20 minutes)

Storm Meadows Townhouse 8 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations, as well as access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility and outdoor tennis courts. At the same time it offers luxurious mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from two decks or inside the main living area through floor to ceiling windows. High end, mountain modern finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a fabulously remodeled, spacious kitchen, boasting gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and mountain-style wood cabinetry. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is a large dining table off of the kitchen that comfortably seats 8. It is perfect for dining, drinking, playing a game, or doing a puzzle.

The living area also provides ample comfortable seating including a sofa, love set and a club chair. Sit back and relax by the stunning stone gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views and/or watch a movie or show on the large screen TV.

The main level also features vaulted ceilings and access to the deck. It's perfect for barbecuing on the grill or just relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. There is also a powder room on this level.

The upper level provides privacy with only the master en suite. There is a king bed, flat screen tv, storage and a beautifully renovated bathroom withe. walk in shower. You can open the room up and enjoy the amazing views from this level.

The lower level has two bedrooms, both with access to the deck, and one full bathroom with a tub shower combo. One bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TVf and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed and is also a true office, with a desk, office chair, monitor, printer and plenty of office storage. Combined with WiFi, it makes Townhouse 8 the perfect remote working option for you.

The lower level deck is slope side and also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn, and has central air conditioning! A rare find in Steamboat.

Townhouse 8 offers a portable air conditioning unit in living area during g Summer. Fans are also provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We absolutely loved our stay with iTrip! The location was super convenient truly ski on ski off. The shuttle service was accommodating and made every evening dinner seamless. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Storm Meadows unit 8! The best part was the location - so easy to ski in/out. We also appreciated that you could easily text the concierge to set up a ride downtown to dinner/shopping and back. The unit itself was comfortable and well-stocked. Our family enjoyed playing the board games in the evening and the pool/hot tub in the late afternoon. The only negatives we experienced were that we couldn’t watch tv. We contacted the concierge and though there were at least 5 remote controls, none of them worked to turn on cable. My husband and son were disappointed not to be able to watch the basketball tournament games. Also, my husband waited for the scheduled shuttle to the base one morning and it never came. He and another guy waiting had to call an Uber. Overall, we really loved it!
