Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. No need to walk or carry your equipment.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

You are only 1-2 minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 4 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as being only steps away from pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, supplying plenty of natural light and amazing views of the slopes. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace, watch a game tor show on the flat screen tv and take in the fantastic views on the comfy leather sofa or any of the three club chairs. Dine, drink or play a game at the dining table, which comfortably seats 6, perfect for a family or group.

Off the living area is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The main level has access to a deck with amazing views of the slopes and a gas grill. It's perfect for barbecuing or just relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. There is very a nice entry area and powder room on this level.

Also enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the master suite, which features a king sized bed and a flat screen tv, lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom. It's the only room on the upper level and can be very private when closing the interior room shade.

The lower level has two spacious bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has two queen beds and the other has a King bed. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

High speed Xfinity broadband makes Townhouse 4 a great option for your remote working or schooling needs.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Great view, Home Needs Remodeled - Property Managment was great!

This townhouse has one of the best views of the mountains - and a great ski-in and ski-out location. As a result, it is secluded from any "resort like activities, and causes difficulty if you don't have a car - as food and supplies are not accessible through an easy walk (1.6 miles each way). However, I cannot speak highly enough of the private shuttle service that always did their best to accommodate us and the property management through iTrip. Making reservations in advance is key. We wish there was a local bus perhaps that ran until 10pm (to at least the Gondola base area) so that we could night ski and get groceries and go to restaurants without having to reserve in advance. In addition, we did report a few problems, and iTrip took care of them immediately. The interior of the place is very tired- doesn't insulate from noise well (if you are sleeping downstairs you will hear walking on main level) - and looks shabby for the price that is being charged - we expected a lot more given other places (outside of Steamboat) we have stayed. For our experience in Steamboat, it is about average. Nonetheless, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, and great for cooking at home ... note that there are no spices, or things that sometimes accompany short term rentals. If you are there to ski - and don't care about going to town, it is perfect. It is very isolating for non-skiers. All in all, our rating is a "3" based upon the accommodations themselves - the management organization deserves 5 stars.

Steamboat ski and ski out condo

We enjoyed the Martin Luther King weekend in 2024 at this three bedroom condo. It is on the Burgess Creek side of the mountain or mountain left, skiers, right and is very convenient. We found the place very quiet and comfortable. There were five of us staying in this location and found that we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking items that we used every day. This condo was built in the 70s and some of it is updated and some is not. There is an ongoing remodel that should be complete in the next 2 to 3 years which will likely be fitting with more modern condominiums. There are two parking spots, one that is covered in one that is not. Our car is 8 feet tall and did not fit in the covered parking. I estimate the covered parking to be about 7‘6“ high, which may be a concern for some larger vehicles. Full-time neighbor, who lives next door is very friendly and helpful, letting me borrow her snow shovel when I needed it. Overall, I’d recommend this to friends and family and would return to the same location.

We had a great stay at Townhouse 4! The location was perfect and the townhouse was very clean and well setup. The shuttle service was easy and perfect for trips to town and the village. I will definitely book this place again!

We stayed in unit Number 4 … 8 people , extremely comfortable! Ski in ski out just perfect! Held 2 dinner parties of 12 guests or more with ease !! Great amenities! I would highly recommend this unit !!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Steamboat Springs. The townhouse was easy to find, well equipped and clean. Each room/floor had an amazing view of the mountain and we saw Elk eating breakfast one snowy morning! Ski out was easy and the lift was just a few minutes away. Ski in was simple (according to the neighbors) but we decided to take the shuttle back each day. We traveled with four adults and the spacing of the bedrooms gave some privacy and separation which would be good for any age group and family size. Water was hot, fireplace was easy to use and gave off good heat. Would definitely book again, the December/January snow was fabulous!!

We loved staying at Townhouse 4! We were here for a work event and we had a large crew and there was plenty of room and sleeping accommodations and everyone was very comfortable and happy staying here. The Ski-in/Ski-out was incredible and made our stay and commute to the Resort very easy. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back and stay here again!!! Thank you, thank you!!!
