Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

We came to visit for just a long weekend... sadly! The home was just great! It was so nice to have the space and loved the location.... perfectly situated between town and the mountain. We will definitely return! Thank you!

3.5 stars We were a group of 5 couples, and it was nice that there was a private bedroom for everyone. The layout was a little strange though, and it should be noted that the bedroom that contained the sauna was in the basement, with 2 sets of stairs to get to the closest bathroom, which was not ideal. I small powder room would be preferential to the mini fridge/sink combo down there. The master bedroom and bathroom was nice and luxurious; however, it was very noisy compared to the other bedrooms due to it's proximity to the kitchen. The unit would have received a strong 4.5 or 5 stars had it been in better condition. One cabinet wasn't even attached at a hinge, and there was quite a bit of overall wear and tear on the unit- scratches, dings, etc. One burner on the stove didn't work. While we realize it is a rental property, keeping up on these minor items would command a higher rental rate and create a sense of luxury we would be willing to pay for. The lighting in the kitchen was atrocious. There was no task lighting; cooking at night was difficult. Mismatched bulbs in a single fixture (some yellow, some white) exhibits lack of attention to detail and overall cheapness. The views were amazing, and the hot tub was great after days of outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was overall quite clean, and the location was nice. Parking was a slight issue, and you can tell it was with other units as well. Hard to get 10-14 adults in 3 vehicles, and the offsite option was poor and inconvenient. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this could be a superior unit. As is, it is nice, but not superlative.

Stayed here for one week with a large group. Close enough to mountain and shuttle service is easy to use. Wifi good enough for everyone to be working at the same time. Great hangout space on the top floor with a big kitchen, hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. Would recommend for those who don't need a ski-in-ski-out place.

This townhouse was everything that our group expected it to be. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge place with every amenity that you could possibly need. It's very relaxing and offers plenty of privacy as well. The shuttle service from iTrip was also perfect. The quick 5 minute ride to base will save you time and money from parking on your own. I'll check on this place first for availability the next time I stay in Steamboat. A+++

This is our second time staying at one of these itrip properties in Steamboat! Once again we were very pleased by the accommodations and location! We had a total of 10 people staying here for the holiday weekend, we all slept comfortably in beds and had plenty of space to spare. The decks, grill, hot tub and easy parking always make this property so fun and convenient for us to drive to from Denver! Thanks again, we will be back.

We have enjoyed our stay. We really like the different levels of the residence which provides for good separation but also great areas to congregate with a large group. Our group finds the elevator component a huge asset for this rental. The property is clean and free from needed repairs and maintenance. We were able to rent both sides and have the entire building to ourselves.

Our group fit well in the space and the views were just incredible. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning combined with many windows that wouldn’t open made our stay pretty uncomfortable. And there weren’t many ceiling fans to offset not having air conditioning, with temps in the high 80s for our entire stay. There were many repairs needed with the windows and screens, and carpets needed attention as well. Would also would have liked to have wine glasses (minor issue but worth noting). Overall, winter stay would prob be fine but the hot summer days are a game changer with no air or enough functional windows.

We had 6 couples on this trip to steamboat and this house was unreal. The house itself is super modern with amazing furnishings. We always look for properties that are not someone’s actual house and this place was perfect for that reason. The pictures are very accurate for what you’re getting and it was totally worth the price for three nights on Presidents’ Day wkend, which is likely as expensive as it gets. If we did this trip again we would definitely stay at this property. Some things to keep in mind when booking. There are 3 full bathrooms -one inside the master (which is unreal), one shared by two queen bedrooms next to each other and one inside one bedroom with two beds. There is a bedroom on the first level that doesn’t have a bathroom so you’ll need to leave the room and use the one shared by the two queen bedrooms. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service from the house to the mountain or downtown area was great -we didn’t know we had this as part of the booking but it was a game changer. The drivers always on time and super responsive on short notice -they did a fantastic job.

We rented this property for an annual ski trip, which happened to be in steamboat this year. We loved the fully equipped kitchen for cooking large meals for the group. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and unwind after a long day on the slopes, too! The heated garage was very nice for keeping everyone's gear in good shape.

We had a wonderful family ski trip. The accommodations were as described on-line. They were clean and in good condition. We've used VRBO many times and are usually well satisfied, This unit could use more glassware, and I felt some minor basics should have been on hand like paper towels & dish soap .... very minor issues but since we arrived late at night it would have been helpful. I'd recommend this unit as it was spacious and well appointed.

This place was beautiful and very roomy. There were two families (4 adults, 4 children; ages 2-12) that stayed here and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The communication with Danielle and Jason was fantastic! They were very quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had an issue with our jacuzzi jets not working and Danielle arranged for prompt servicing. One of the kids left an iPad mini behind and the honesty and integrity of the cleaning crew and property managers was excellent. They recovered he iPad and mailed it back to us. Only a five minute drive to the slopes or downtown, very quiet. Amazing place! Amazing views! Helpful crew! Would stay here again next time!

We stayed at Eagles Overlook 101 for a ski trip with a large group of friends and had an amazing time! The location was great - less than a 5 minute drive to the gondola base. Jason was very responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We absolutely loved the large kitchen and living space on the top floor, and spent most of our time there. The hot tub and sauna as well as elevator access to all floors were also great amenities that really made this place stand out. We will definitely rent this house again next time we're back in Steamboat!
