True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat townhome. Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. No need to walk or carry your equipment.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Three separate levels provide plenty of privacy within the property.

2 Parking Spaces (1 covered) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

You are only minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 23 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 3 decks, as well as inside the main living area. Beautiful fixtures, finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.

The main level features a beautifully updated kitchen, with spectacular mountain-style wood cabinetry and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for staying in and cooking a meal. There is a dining table off the kitchen that seats 8 (and possibly more), perfect for a family or group, as well as 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.

The open living area provides ample comfortable seating on a sofa, loveseat and two club chairs. Sit back, relax and warm up by the toasty gas fireplace and take in the stunning slope views and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features access to the deck, where you will find a gas grill and chairs. It is a great place to relax with cocktail after a great day on the mountain and watch skiers, snowboarders or even some of nature’s neighbors who call the mountain home.

The upper level has two bedrooms, both with unbelievable views, deck access, fantastic furniture, including plenty of storage and flat screen TV’s. The master suite has a King sized bed and its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second upstairs bedroom has has a queen and twin bed. The second full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.

The lower level has two bedrooms and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a twin over king bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as secured ski storage on the deck, which is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

Townhouse 23 offers high speed Xfinity broadband, making it a great option for your remote working or schooling needs.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

There is ample under-bed storage for luggage and ski bags.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  


Great Place for a Steamboat Stay

We love Steamboat in the fall and come every fall for an extended stay. We found that Storm Meadows Town Home 23 was perfect for us. It’s location on the mountain and up in the trees is perfect. The views of the mountain and Yampa Valley are terrific. There are hiking and mountain bike trails literally right out your door! The unit is cozy and warm during the chilly nights of our fall stay, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and there is plenty of room to gather for family games and meals. The arrangement of beds in 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group. We hope to stay there again!

Clean and perfectly located for our ski trip

We had a great stay at the condo. The unit was clean and well stocked with all the necessities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, dishes, towels, etc. All labeled perfectly. Beds were comfy enough and each bedroom even included fans and humidifiers. Couldn't get anymore ski in/out. Down a few steps, click in, and go. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 10 had a wonderful times together staying all together at Storm Meadows (where I had stayed as a young teenager 40 years ago!) We hiked, biked, fished, swam, golfed, shopped, floated on the river and ate lots of yummy food. It was a real gift just being all together, 4 families ranging in age from 4 months to 66 years! Thank you Itrips!
