True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat townhome. Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! it's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. No need to walk or carry your equipment.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Three separate levels provide plenty of privacy within the property.

Secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.

You are only minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

2 Parking spaces (1 covered) Note: there is only room for two vehicles. If you need more parking space, or have a very large vehicle, one of our other properties may suit your needs better. RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 19 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 3 decks, as well as inside the main living area.

The main level offers an updated kitchen, with gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for staying in and cooking a meal. There is a dining table off the kitchen that seats 8, perfect for a family or group, as well as 4 bar stools at the kitchen island.

The open living area provides ample comfortable seating on leather furniture (sofa, loveseat and chair) as well as two other chairs. Sit back, relax and warm up by the toasty gas fireplace and take in the stunning slope views and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. There is a powder room off the living area. which most other 4 bedroom units don’t have.

The main level also features access to the deck, where you will find a,table and chairs. It is a great place to relax with cocktail after a great day on the mountain and watch skiers, snowboarders or even some of nature’s neighbors who call the mountain home.

The upper level has two bedrooms, both with unbelievable views, deck access, plenty of storage and flat screen TV’s.

The master suite has a King sized bed, little desk and its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It also has a little nook with amazing views. The perfect place for reading a book or just relaxing. The second upstairs bedroom also has a king bed. The second full bathroom is off the hallway and has a walk in shower.

The lower level has two bedrooms, both with lost of storage and flat screen tv’s. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. There is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as secured ski storage on the deck, which is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

Townhouse 19 offers high speed Xfinity broadband. Combined with the desk in the master suite, it makes a great option for your remote working or schooling needs.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We loved Townhouse 19 as it was super easy to share with 2 families of 5 and ski and out. It functioned very well and had everything we needed. The iTrip people that manage it were helpful and very responsive. I would definitely go back but would rent a car next time as you had to rely on a shuttle/uber to get to the bottom if you weren't skiing down.

Repeat customer. Easy responsive communication by text. Gave us a late checkout. Nice place, ski-in/out is perfect with the new gondola being right there. Only complaint is no guard rails on the top bunk bed, and wish the kitchen vent went outside. But there's lots of other beds. We'll be back again next year.

What an awesome spot to ski Steamboat! The layout was perfect for 2 families- 1 took upstairs and the other downstairs, so we all had our own private area. The ski-in, ski-out location worked great having young kids- parents could zip in and out and only a few minutes to the base to drop kids at ski school. itrip had the place clean and fully stocked with towels, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, etc. so we were able to comfortably settle in and cook at home. Such a great trip with wonderful memories, we really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse and great customer service from itrip.

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat this past week as the weather was perfect and the skiing was superb. When we originally booked this vacation, we thought it was a huge advantage to fly into Steamboat and take a shuttle to our condo at Storm Meadows #19 and not have to rent a car. That was a HUGE mistake! Having groceries delivered was nearly impossible using Instacart as our delivery was delayed over 24 hours...to the point where we cancelled it and had to schedule a shuttle to take us to the grocery store...as well as schedule a shuttle to pick us up after we were finished. Although the shuttle service was always on time, it was difficult to predict what time we would need to get picked up (especially if we went out to dinner and didn't now how long we would be). They require a min of 1 hour+ in advance to schedule a pickup. Uber and Lyft options were limited which made the entire trip difficult when it came to traveling around town. I strongly suggest renting a car for your stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful time in our condo as the location was ideal. I do have to say the pictures are a little deceiving in that the condo does look a bit dated in terms of carpet, furniture, HVAC unit, etc... and is much smaller than it appears online. It did have enough room for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 teenagers) but we were all shocked on how much smaller the entire condo was compared to how the pictures online looked. Even the stairway was so narrow only one person can go up/down at a time. Although i wish we had a hot tub right on property, the 5 minute walk to they gym, pool, and hot tub wasn't awful...although walking up the hill being wet from the hot tub late at night in the cold wasn't ideal. If you plan to eat out, make reservations well in advance. Overall, I would definitely return to Steamboat as the mountain and amenities were great and my two sons (ages 13 and 16) had a blast as well as the family we stayed with.

This condo had it all. Wonderfully appointed even with spices. When they advertise ski in/ski out this condo is the real deal. Beds were so comfortable and everything was as neat as a pin.

Awesome Place for Our Large Group

Four adult members of our family shared this condo with my brother, his wife and three teenagers. It never felt cramped and came extremely well equipped. The three-story floor plan provided privacy and separation between family members and the three and one-half bathrooms were all very nice We cooked and are most of our meals in the unit and we’re delighted that the kitchen came so well stocked. There were spices, flour, sugar, and a large number of pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls and small appliances. There were also probably 24 place settings allowing us to have the dishwasher running and still have plates and glasses to use. Everything about the unit was well thought out. We also lived the location - close enough to everything but with a feeling of privacy and a view of woods and mountains. We saw several bears, a mama moose and her calf, a garter snake and a quail among other wildlife. Highly recommend.
