The Pines at Ore House C-106 is the perfect setting for your Steamboat vacation. This recently remodeled (November 20023) and well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with slope views from the covered patio, is ideally located between the resort and downtown. You have access to our complimentary shuttle service and also are only steps away from a free bus stop that’s only a five minute ride to the mountain or downtown. You have Christy Sports steps away to get your ski and snowboard rentals (with a nice iTrip discount), City Market for your grocery needs, Walmart and more. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to go far to get food. The unit will comfortably sleep 5 adults, offers picturesque views of the slopes and makes a fantastic vacation rental.

Enter the spacious and beautifully updated condo and find convenient storage for all of your ski and snowboard gear. The entire unit has been completely repainted and updated with brand new and fantastic, fixtures, finishes, flooring, furniture, heaters, doors, windows and more!

The living area features ample seating both relaxing and dining. Kick back, relax and warm up by the gas fireplace (which keeps the unit toasty) on either the loveseat or sofa (pulls out to queen bed) and watch a game, movie or show on the new large flat screen TV.

Enjoy the mountain views while feasting. Dining options include both a table with four chairs and kitchen counter seating (two bar stools). This is also great place to set up your laptop. Combined with High speed WiFi, this makes The Pines C-106 a great option for your remote working needs.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal.

The living area also provides access to a covered patio with the picturesque views of the Steamboat ski area slopes.

Down the hallway and is the private master en suite, offering a brand new king mattress, new large flat screen tv and closet storage. It has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The mirror, lighting, toilet, vanity and all of the fixtures are new.

The 2nd bedroom has a new queen mattress, new large flat screen TV and closet storage.

The updated second full bathroom is in the hallway and has a tub shower combo. The mirror, lighting, toilet, vanity and all of the fixtures are new.

Also in the hallway is a closet with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

What a great place in the perfect location. Everything is updated and it’s within walking distance to the grocery store and shopping. It’s also very close to the ski resort and downtown. We’ll definitely stay again if available.

Place was in a good location. Condo was clean; however, the stove was very old and did not function well, refrigerator light didn’t work, 1/2 toaster was not working, low on washing machine detergent, bed sheet and some towels stained/dirty. We spoke to the itrip personnel and they supplied us with an electric kettle since the stove was unable to boil water… wasn’t able to get hot enough to bring temperature to boil very difficult to cook… they also supplied us with an electric countertop double burner to help make food. Kitchen needs updates for the daily cooking essentials. Was very difficult to function when items were not working. We received new towels and dishwashing detergent when asked. The itrip team did a great job with bringing all the items needed as well as they were great in transportation!

Our recent stay at this newly updated condo rental was simply fantastic. The location is excellent, close to both the slopes and downtown. The condo itself is beautifully designed, with cozy furnishings a great view of the slopes. The shuttle service to the slopes and downtown was easy. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the hot tub was easy to access and great for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful retreat in the heart of the Rockies.

Great place to stay! Shuttle to downtown or ski loop picks up at entrance of condominiums. Super clean and had everything we needed. Games and fireplace were a plus!

This condo was perfect for me and my two friends. There was plenty of room, good tvs, and good bathrooms. Being located next to a bus stop was very convenient.

Superb Stay for Steamboat Skiing!

Condo was clean and had all the utilities needed for a ski trip. Everything was in working order. Maintenance did have to stop by once but they were quick and effective. Management was quick to respond any time I contacted them. Water pressure was strong, fireplace was warm, and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment necessary for making meals. No spices though but City Market is literally steps away. The free city bus stops at the end of the driveway for quick mountain access and there are ski/board repair shops in walking distance. Hot tub was cool. Shuttle service was legit too! No complaints. One suggestion would be to provide a Bluetooth speaker/sound system.
