True ski-In/ski-out, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out the building and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season

(November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

You are less than a 1 minute walk to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*Please note many amenities and features are provided and maintained by the HOA and other entities. Some features are only offered seasonally and also require occasional maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. For example many pools and hot tubs are temporarily closed from approximately April to Memorial Day Weekend and/or Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving. If there's a particular feature that's important to your stay please reach out at booking.

Storm Meadows Club Condo B-418 is a newly listed, spectacular Steamboat vacation rental. Not only is it situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations, the unit has been beautifully updated.

There are not many better locations in Steamboat and you just cannot beat picking up your skis from your private first floor ski locker, with access to trails right outside the building, and being able to ski right back to the same place.

This immaculate top floor unit is accessible by an elevator and offers an open living area floor plan with high ceilings, wood beams, a wood-burning fireplace (rare in Steamboat), and a contemporary feel.

The kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal.

After a day on the mountain, relax on the sofa or comfy chair, next to the crackling of the wood fire, and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.

The open living area also includes a nice size dining table with seating for six, perfect for a family or two couples.

Access the balcony off the living area and enjoy a beverage and/or bite at the bistro table with a view of the heated pool. There is also a private grill for your use. Don’t worry about the wildlife you might see as you are safely on the fourth floor.

There is a very nice and comfortable queen Murphy bed in the living area.

The master bedroom offers a comfy, king sized bed.

The full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower and tub combo.

There are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building for your convenience.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails and other activities at the base of the mtn.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The true ski in/ski out was a highlight along with the proximity to the pool and hot tub. The condo is suited well for 2-3 people and is in good clean condition. Property management was accommodating and helpful. We hope to come back.

Quaint unit for two

We go to Steamboat every year and this location on the mountain is our favorite. The unit has everthing you need for a ski-in/ski-out vacation. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had no issues with check in or out. We did not use the fire place but it did have one. We have friends who own units in the townhouses so we did not spend much time in our place but to sleep and get dressed. The shower pressure was good the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We actually used both beds and the murphy bed was perfect. They had forgotten to leave sheets for the murphy bed but were good to bring us a set and it was Christmas Eve. They were prompt at answering our call. The TV's were both smart TV's so that was nice and the wifi worked just fine. The lockers to keep your ski's is downstairs and nice and convenient so you do not have to bring your stuff to the rooms. I would suggest that the building add a second bench inside the ski room for two people to be able to get their equipment on at the same time but that is the complex. We normally use the workout facility and hot tub so we already were aware of the amenities but did not get to use them this time. They do have a really nice facility and its located right there. There was ample parking even though we did not need it. I would absolutely rent this unit again. For the building if they can update the halways to make them brighter. It is cozy but could use some more light. None of that has anything to do with the actual unit which was fantastic.

The condo we had fit our needs perfectly. It was cozy close to town and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoy cooking for ourselves and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to do that. We would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back next fall.
