The pool closes approx. September 1st-June 1st at this property, and the hot tubs occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Shadow Run E208 is an amazing Steamboat vacation rental location, and sleeps 5 people comfortably (with a queen sleeper sofa). This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is within walking distance from the ski area (less than a half mile) and literally steps to the Shadow Run free bus stop (only a 5 minute ride).

This condo is great to come home to after a day on the slopes or any other of Steamboat's many outdoor activities. It's been remodeled with solid, comfortable fixtures and furnishings throughout the unit. Kick back on the comfy sofa (a sleeper sofa) or large chair next to the flat screen TV and gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The living area also includes a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench seating 6 total, great for meals and/or drinks and to watch a game or movie. 

The remodeled full kitchen is off the living area and features gorgeous granite countertops, a stainless steel appliances fridge and range, stunning wood cabinets and has everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal.

Enjoy some outdoor living space on the private deck off the living area that includes two chairs, a bistro table and valley views.

The cozy master suite has a queen bed, small flat screen TV, closet, dresser and a remodeled full bathroom with a walk in shower

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and a dresser.

In the hallway is a remodeled full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy a soak in one of the two year-round community hot tubs. There is also a community grill, picnic area, and pool that is open in the summer.

If you don't want to walk, a free bus route stop is only steps away. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 5 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the transit center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Nice Unit! Clean and pretty basic, but that's all we needed! The shuttle bus (Orange and Green Lines) stops right at Shadow Run, so it was very convenient. The unit was well equipped - Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee maker and coffee! The bathrooms were clean and equipped with Soap, Shampoo, Hair Dryer and nice Towels. Comfortable Beds and Sheets / Blankets. Reliable TV and Internet. Also, a Ski closet just outside the front door to store your equipment. Couldn't ask for more. We had an issue with the washing machine and the iTrip Steamboat Team came to the unit picked up our laundry and returned it (nicely folded and plastic wrapped) in a couple hours, so we were ready to go the next morning! I would highly recommend using iTrip and Shadow Run E208. Andy

The Condo was clean, but for the amount of money they are getting they should get a new door Schlage, remove the popcorn ceiling and expand the tiny shower in the master bathroom. Priced to high for what your getting in my opinion.

Shadow Run E208 Just Right!

Our stay in Steamboat at Shadow Run E208 was just right for our family of 4! It was clean with two sets of towels for everyone, there was one queen bed in each of the two bedrooms with a pull out couch in the living room. This was just enough space that our 14 year old and 12 year old did not have to sleep with each other. My necessity when skiing is always to have a laundry inside my unit - and the washer and dryer worked great! Electric stovetop and oven worked fine and helped us save a lot of time instead of going out to breakfast, we were able to cook, eat, and get on the slopes quick! Also, right outside the complex is the free public bus stop to get on to get to the base of the ski resort - super easy! There is no wet-room to leave your gear when you walk into the unit. We kept our skis in the rental car and brought our boots in at night, but I suppose the skis would have fit in the coat closet just fine. AND there were two bathrooms with showers! Made for an easier time with a family of four. This place could easily sleep 6 if your kids don't fight. Glad we stayed with Shadow Run iTrip!

Great condo in Steamboat!

We booked a last minute trip to Steamboat and figured the condo we got wouldn't be good because it was last minute. But the opposite was true! It was recently redecorated, had quick/electric heat in all rooms, wifi/cable, a kitchen with all needed tools/utensils, soap/cream at all sinks, and plenty of towels. Checkin/out was easy via email. During our stay the coffee machine broke...I texted the support line and with no issue they brought us a brand new one (still in the box). Right by the bus stop for the slopes and plenty of parking. I'd definitely book again!

Our family recently stayed in this condo. Everything was as advertised. Exactly what we were looking for. There was one minor appliance issue but property manager was on it and issue was addressed. We would stay at this locaton again!
