Located literally in the middle of downtown Steamboat on Yampa St, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in one of the most desirable locations in the Yampa Valley. Not only are you steps from some of Steamboat’s favorite restaurants and bars, you are across the street from the Yampa River and around the corner from the ski slopes and jumps of Howelsen Hill, the endless mountain bike trails of Emerald Mountain, the Rodeo grounds and all of the activities that take place year-round including free concerts and the fireworks shows on New Years, Winter Carnival in February and July 4th!
Old Town Residences A3 provides a warm, comfortable and spacious 1,178 sq ft condo for your family and friends. The open living area features ample comfortable seating, including a brand new a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, full kitchen with counter seating for 2 and a nice dining table that seats 6. The kitchen has everything you will need to stay and cook a meal.
The master suite features a king bed, flat screen and full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds (bunk bed). There is another full bathroom in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Old Town Residences A3 has high speed Xfinity broadband wifi and a desk in the office living area for your working remote needs.
You have one assigned parking space. There is street parking also available but note overnight parking on the street is not allowed in the winter. There are additional lots both in town a few blocks away and about a mile outside of town that offer overnight parking in the winter.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
