Old Town Hideaway is an amazing place to live in downtown Steamboat. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood on Soda Creek, above the detached garage of the primary property residence, but only a few blocks from the heart of town. Its only a short, easy walk to the bus stop for easy access to skiing, as well as restaurants, pubs, hiking and biking on Emerald Mountain or the Yampa River Core Trail, skiing or more at Howelsen Hill, tubing or fishing the Yampa River, shopping and more. During summer, you are also a short walk away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Steamboat Resort is also an easy drive, only 3 miles away, with free parking available.
The incredible location is possibly second only to the impeccably designed property itself. Modern architecture and a private deck with incredible views and a grill highlight the exterior. There will not be many better spots to watch Winter Carnival or July 4th Fireworks.
Interior features include high-end fixtures, finishes and flooring, hand-crafted furniture, warm colors, alluring artwork, substantial storage and giant windows, also with incredible views.
Enter the home into the open living area. The superbly updated and immaculate unit features a fantastic full kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, beautiful wood cabinets, a large stainless steel sink, a single oven gas range, a Bosch® dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and is stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal.
Drink, dine, game, or just chat at the sizable oval wood table and take in the unforgettable, panoramic views of Steamboat, including the resort, Emerald Mountain, Howelsen Hill and the surrounding area. Its also a great spot to work if you need to do so.
Kick back on the sofa or club chair, watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen, listen to music on the stereo or take in more scenic vistas. The sofa also pulls out as a queen bed.
Off the living area is the private, master bedroom offering a comfortable king bed, lots of storage and access to the immaculate bathroom. It has a shower tub combo and is also accessible from the hallway.

Originally started as a Colorado summer resort destination, Steamboat Springs has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat Springs vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Suit up for fun winter activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding, ice climbing and fishing, to name a few. The city houses two ski areas – the Steamboat Springs Ski Area and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or you can simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat Springs. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails and rides for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track are available, as well as more than 50 miles of downhill and freeride bike terrain.
