Meadows at EagleRidge Hanover III is a professionally designed and completely remodeled condo, literally everything in the unit is brand new. This modern and immaculate three bedroom, three full bath property is ideally situated along Burgess Creek, only two blocks from the gondola/base area and the perfect Steamboat vacation rental. You are close enough to walk on a paved path to skiing in the winter and the Steamboat ‘beach’ in the summer, as well as restaurants, pubs and shopping year-round. You also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain, town, restaurants and pubs in the winter and are located across the street from a YEAR-ROUND free bus stop to the mountain, town, grocery stores and more.

The spacious, incredibly well appointed condo features fabulous flooring, fixtures and furnishings, magnificent decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The entryway is a great landing spot, complete with hooks, cubbies and a bench. The open living concept includes a beautifully designed, fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless appliances, beautiful cabinetry and everything you will need to cook a meal from small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.

Dining options include a stunning wooden table with seating for six, as well as kitchen counter seating for two.

You will have no problem relaxing at Meadows at EagleRidge Hanover III with ample comfortable seating options. Watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart tv or just warm up in front of the alluring gas fireplace.

The two en suites are on opposite sides of the living area. The spacious master en suite is at end of a hallway and very private. It offers a comfy queen bed, lots of storage including a closet and dresser, patio access and a private bathroom with a tub shower combo. It also has a portable AC unit.

The other en suite is directly off the living area and has two twin beds, a flat screen tv, a dresser and closet and its own bathroom with a walk in shower.

The third bedroom is in the hallway and has a queen bed, lots of drawers and a closet.

The third full bathroom is also in the hallway and has a a tub shower combo.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The living area and master bedroom offer air conditioning, rare in Steamboat. Stand up fans are also provided for your comfort.

Meadows at EagleRidge has great property amenities including a YEAR-ROUND outdoor heated pool, and hot tub, a BBQ area, fitness center and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining and other area activities. You have your own locked ski locker and one parking space in the heated garage. Limited guest parking available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. There is an elevator that takes you from the garage to the unit.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We had a very nice time in Steamboat and the condo worked very well for 3 of us. The location was very convenient for walking to both the ski village and the Yampa Core Trail into town. The kitchen was well stocked for having some meals at home. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and walking the paths right from the condo. The only disappointment was the fitness center was not available during our stay. We will be back.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Great experience! The condo was well stocked with items needed. Not an air conditioned unit BUT they had window units and fans provided. Very clean and lots of space for all of us. The price for this size unit was very very reasonable.

This condo was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and check in / check out was simple and easy. We’re a family of 5 and had plenty of room to spread out during our stay. It was a short 10 min walk to the ski slopes on a well maintained trail and we used the base area’s overnight ski storage so we could easily walk back and forth without having to lug our equipment. Overall it was a very convenient location and I would definitely stay here again.

Meadows at EagleRidge Hanover III is a hidden gem! Not only was the condo updated but the location could not be beat; just a 10 minute walk to the ski base. My family of 5 enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub along with the spacious living area and the many amenities of the kitchen! After a long day on the slopes, being able to come back and enjoy the warm fire was a bonus! Thank you iTrip Steamboat Springs.
