The Villas at Walton Creek is ideally located within walking distance from the ski area (less than a half mile) and about 350 steps to the free bus route (5 minute ride). This 3 bedroom, 3 bath slope with views of Heavenly Daze and Valley view from its deck comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults and makes a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental.
It's very easy to feel at home and relax at this spacious, bright and immaculate three level condo. Enter the unit either on the ground level through the private garage or walk up the outside steps and access via the front door on the main level.
The main level features a fantastic open living area with vaulted ceilings. It is highlighted by a superbly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you will need to stay in and cook meal. There is also a beautiful wood table with 4 chairs conveniently located for dining, playing a game or just hanging out.
You’ll enjoy kicking back on the comfy sofa and love seat and watching a movie, show or game on the next to the flat screen TV. Or just relax by the fabulously updated fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. There is also a desk for your remote working and schooling needs.
There is a partially covered balcony right off the living area with ski run and valley views, as well as a Weber gas grill.
There are two bedrooms off of the living area on the main level including the master suite, which offers an alluring queen bed, a flat screen tv, lots of closet space and dresser storage. The attached private full bathroom has a walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom on this level also has a queen bed, a flat screen tv, a closet and dresser storage.
Right outside the 2nd bedroom is both a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a separate closet with a full sized washer and dryer.
The bunk room en suite is all by itself on the top level. It has a very solid twin over full bunk bed, twin trundle bed, flat screen tv, desk, closet and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The private garage is perfect for your vehicle and/or gear. Extra large vehicles will not fit in the garage but can park on the driveway directly in front of the unit.

Originally started as a Colorado summer resort destination, Steamboat Springs has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat Springs vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Suit up for fun winter activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding, ice climbing and fishing, to name a few. The city houses two ski areas – the Steamboat Springs Ski Area and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or you can simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat Springs. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails and rides for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track are available, as well as more than 50 miles of downhill and freeride bike terrain.
