Latigo Lodge is located in an extremely desirable and prime Steamboat neighborhood. There are only a dozen townhomes in this private, quiet loop and you are within walking distance to the Steamboat base area.

Latigo Lodge itself is a spacious, 3 level, updated townhome offering a large, private hot tub with amazing slope views, multiple decks, private shuttle service, a 2 car attached garage and much more.

Ideal for families or couples, this 1,632 sq ft 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhome is well appointed, attractively decorated in a rocky mountain modern style and makes the perfect Steamboat vacation rental. You are close enough to walk to skiing in the winter and the Steamboat ‘beach’ in the summer, as well as restaurants, pubs and shopping year-round. You also have the convenience of both our free private shuttle service (picks up at your unit) and are only a few minute or so walk away from the YEAR-ROUND free bus stop to the mountain, town, grocery stores and more.

Enter Latigo Lodge on the ground level through the front door or the attached garage, where you will find plenty of storage for coats, boots, gloves, etc.

On this level you will find two bedrooms. One is the queen en suite, which offers lots of storage and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other is the bunk room with a total of three twin beds (twin plus twin bunk bed). There is another full bathroom in the hallway with a shower.

The full size washer and dryer are also on this level.

Up a flight of stairs is the main level, offering a roomy living area and the master en suite. The updated full kitchen features, gorgeous granite countertops, a new stainless steel gas range and dishwasher, mountain-style wood cabinetry and just about every small appliance and other kitchen item you can imagine. It is completely stocked with everything you'll need to stay in and make a meal.

The bright, well lit living space also offers a vaulted ceiling and plenty of comfortable seating and entertainment. Kick back and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV. There is also a stunning stone gas fireplace that will keep you toasty in the winter. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer.

For meals and games, you have a magnificent dining table, with two chairs and two benches. There are also two stools at the kitchen counter.

Right off the living area is a covered deck. It is an alluring and peaceful setting on green space with lots of trees, a gas grill, a hammock chair and a bistro table with seating for two. Enjoy the mountain fresh air with the beverage of your choice. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised if you get to see a moose, elk, bear or fox!

Also off of the living are is the master suite, which provides a comfy king bed, lots of storage, as well as a nice size desk and chair. Combined with high speed wifi, the Latigo Lodge makes a great spot for your remote working needs. The master bathroom has been fabulously remodeled and offers a walk in shower. This bathroom has a second entrance from the living area and doubles as the main level powder room, which does close off from the master.

The main deck is accessed via the master suite. Along with the brand new hot tub and amazing slope views, there is an outdoor dining table and four cushy chairs, as well as another hammock chair.

One flight up from the living area is the loft, a great place to do a puzzle, play a game or just kick back and read a book on the sofa or the bean bag chairs. The sofa does provide another sleeping space with a trundle bed.

The two car, attached garage, provides parking as well as great storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and more. One additional parking spot on the driveway is available. No street parking and no RVs, campers, trailers, etc are allowed to be parked on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We had a great stay at Latigo Loop. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The hottub was so nice after a day on the slopes! The beds were comfy and the heated garage was great. We really enjoyed having the itrip shuttle service back and forth to ski. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in steamboat. Our 2 families of 4 had plenty of room to enjoy the condo. The kids loved the separate loft area and bunk room. Having our own private hot tub was great! Also it was amazing to have a private shuttle service to and from the ski resort!

The condo was comfortable and spacious, with nice windows and sunny views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was generally well-appointed (only missing a slow cooker which is nice at a ski place, and also no wine glasses). The hot tub has a pretty view of the mountain. There was access to a shuttle with friendly drivers (only issue with the shuttle is that Itrip insists on a one hour notice for scheduling rides, so it made it difficult to use for getting home from skiing as it’s hard to know when exactly you’re going to stop. Worked great for getting to the mountain in the morning though). They could use a few more bar stools for the island as they only had two.

Latigo lodge is a great place to stay and exceeded our expectations. It had plenty of space for everyone and had a number of games there to play if we wanted. The private outdoor hot tub was perfectly clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We only used the private shuttle twice and it was on time and a great option to have. When we didn’t use the shuttle the bus stop was only a short walk away -easy access. My adult son drove from Denver so we did have a car for a couple days and it was nice to have the garage when it did snow. The place had everything we needed and was very clean when we arrived. Itrip vacations was quick and responsive with any questions or requests that we had -I would definitely book with them again as well as Latigo lodge.!! They really made things easy!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

We enjoyed our stay at 1725 Latigo Loop at Steamboat. The town house is spacious, clean and modern, and the private hot tub on the deck is the perfect remedy for tired muscles after skiing. Also, the iTrip shuttle service is extremely convenient and prompt for the quick 5 min trip to the Gondola base or to downtown. Many thanks to the courteous drivers and responsive support from the iTrip staff. We would definitely stay at Latigo Loop again when returning to Steamboat!
