Enjoy the perfect vacation while staying in premiere accommodations in this 2nd floor oceanfront condo on expansive, and family-friendly Crescent Beach!! Breathe in the salty air while looking out over the dunes to the white sand and splashing waves. The views can be enjoyed all day long from the living area and kitchen, master bedroom and balcony! How about a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean in the privacy of your own bedroom or private balcony? This second floor, corner unit is conveniently located at the end of the building nearest the pool and beach walkway which can both be viewed from the balcony. Stairs are located just outside the door, and an elevator is located down the hall. Take an afternoon swim in the oceanfront pool. Step out from the pool onto the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family. Don't forget to bring your racquets to enjoy some exercise on the courts right out in front of the condo!

Sand Dollar I-208 has been thoughtfully furnished for families and features a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room seating. Floor to ceiling windows maximize the views of the ocean in the Master bedroom, furnished with king-sized bed, a pair of swivel chairs for quiet reading, and an en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedrooms, furnished with queen bed in one, and two sets of bunks in the other, allow for plenty of sleeping space for the whole family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with crisp, white linens and soft white towels. Park your car in the covered garage for added protection from the elements.

In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 20 minute drive of the condo. Also just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or swimming in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with.

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

For pet friendly properties, pets must be approved prior to booking.  Request approval with number, size and breed.  A pet fee and/or pet deposit will apply.  Do not leave dog unattended in house unless in kennel. If your dog is interrupting the neighbors with any barking or noise, the dog will have to be removed and there will be a fine of $250. If you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation!

Sunrises were spectacular!

We recently spent a week in this ocean front home. The sunrise was different and spectacular each day. This 2nd floor end unit gives you great views of the pool and southern beaches. The home was roomy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed, even though we ate most dinners out. The owner even provided beach chairs to enjoy the beach.

Best beach view

The best thing about the condo was the view! You are directly in front of the beach and we spent most of our mornings/evenings sitting on porch when the weather wasn’t permitting for beach. The pool is directly to the side as well so great for people with bigger kids if wanting to watch them from balcony. The condo could use some updating but for the most part was great and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. There was even a closet with beach toys/boogie boards that we utilized since we had forgot ours at home! The only issues we had were with the cleanliness of place done by cleaning service. I was notified morning of that they were running behind and I’m guessing they were scrambling to clean it. The bed had candy wrappers on it, there was trash/dirty clothes under every bed. The curtains in the master smelled like animal urine. There were wet towels in the washer when we got there that had to be rewashed. The management company was quick to respond and did come to remake the beds for us. They gifted us with tickets to attractions which was nice but I was super disappointed with the cleanliness part of our condo. The rest was great!

Great week at SandDollar 1-208! The view was amazing, loved to corner unit right next to the pool for easy access! This unit was very spacious, comfortable and clean . One suggestion, the kitchen could be equipped better with much better pots and pans, dish towels, serving bowls, etc. all in all , great week and we will be back soon !!
