The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, full-size appliances, and ample counter space to prepare your favorite meals.

Bedroom 1 is spacious with a cozy queen-size bed, its private bathroom, and a 32” TV for lazy mornings or winding down at night. Bedroom 2 is just right with a full-sized bed also has its own 32” TV.

A second bathroom ensures everyone has the space they need to get ready for beach days or evenings out.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in the tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.
