This welcoming one bedroom Seasons Four condo is a great value when traveling to Snowmass for a vacation. Located just a short free shuttle ride to the villages and ski area you get the ease of access to the resort amenities but at a great price. The kitchen is newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances and opens up into the living room and dining area. The gas fireplace, balcony and gas grill are enjoyed year round. With a queen bed and sleeping alcove with bunk beds for kids, this vacation rental is perfect for a couple, two friends traveling together or a small family to enjoy the easy access to skiing, mountain biking, restaurants and shops. In the summer months you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub is open in the winter as well!

Complimentary parking and access to the resort shuttle this condo make this a great option for your visit to Snowmass. The convenient Snowmass resort shuttle, that stops just 100 yards from the condo, runs every 15 minutes during the winter daytime hours and 30 minutes in the evening, up to the base village lifts, shops and restaurants. In the summer months you can hop on your bike and be on a trail in 5 minutes or the shuttle can whisk you right up to enjoy the many on mountain activities. We look forward to welcoming you!

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Convenient location, clean & comfortable

My wife and I stayed in one of the condos at Seasons four for 5 nights. The Condo was clean & comfortable. It was spacious for 2 and was fairly well equipped. Location is also good. Each condo has one assigned parking spot. If you have 2 cars, I am not sure how parking for the second car would work. The only negative is the fees they charge that are pretty steep. We paid over $250 in management & option fees (yikes). All in all, a good, clean and comfortable place. Wish they would do something about the fees. We do recommend this place.

On your next visit, if you have two cars, we do offer a guest parking permit and there are spots throughout the parking area for the additional car. Thank you for mentioning the fees, unfortunately those fees are our cleaning fee and our damage insurance. We must have both of these included and they are common for all vacation rentals. Our housekeeping team is top notch, as this is the most important part of staying in a vacation rental and the damage insurance covers the homeowner, and you, in the event of any accidental damage. Good: Charming condo, clean, had everything we needed. We liked the fireplace, the kitchen, the location and the hot tub. Bad: Very thin walls/ceiling. So thin that we could hear the neighbors upstairs pretty loudly when they were just doing normal things like walking around. It wasn't faint...it was loud. This happened every morning and evening that we staying in #145. Because of this, we would not stay at #145 again unfortunately.

Hi Ken, thank you for your honest review of the property at Seasons Four. This is an original building and has a great location near the pool and hot tub and on the shuttle route for the ski area. Honestly, this building is about 45-50 years old and very well could have thin walls/ceilings. Snowmass Village is a magical place and this property is priced well below some other properties that I know are not as good. Seasons Four is a quality property and I stand by our unit. Furthermore, I will share with the owner to see if there could be noise prevention put within the walls in the future but it could be cost prohibitive. Thank you for coming to visit. Our trip was great and the condo was perfect for two adults and three kids. Condo is not huge but bunk bed space is perfect for kids. Very easy to use bus which gets anywhere in Snowmass Village or Aspen. Highly recommend.

The condo was nice. Great location to Snowmass Mountain. You can take the shuttle. We walked to Assay Hill lift in our ski boots which took about 10 mins. The water heater is alittle tricky. The owners should tell guest how to reset it in case the hot water doesn't come on.

The location is decent and you are right, you could walk the 10 min or take the free shuttle that comes by every 20 minutes to take you to the ski area. The condo was really close to public transportation, skiing, the village market and oh so many restaurants. The space was welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed. Checking in and checking out was easy and clear. We would happily stay here again.

Super close to shuttle as it actually came into the "driveway". This condo was a 45 second walk to the stop so that alone is great. Place was relatively well kept and relatively clean. Certainly no old or gross things overlooked but perhaps a better eye could be used for things such as dusting. However, that is small in comparison to the positives. Can't believe all the things the place did have. Many many pots and pans for cooking, lots of kitchen utensils including knives (and sharpener that was needed) plastic film, and tupperware type stuff, even a handful of pods for the laundry machine(which we didn't use). Ample dinnerware and glassware, cork screw etc. We longed for nothing and we cook elaborately. Great view, comfortable beds, on demand hot water that was hot (great when in the mountains). Itrip was great in communication both via text and email. Only thing we didn't like was the hot tub. It was HUGE and it didn't fell very clean to us. Did I mention the hot shower? If we go back to Snowmass I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place for our family

This was a wonderful place for us to spend our vacation. It is about two hundred feet to the bus stop. The bus stop takes you directly to Snowmass Village and treehouse ski school for the children. It takes probably 10 minutes via bus or less to get there. In addition, the grocery store is on the way to and from the mountain The place was clean and the fireplace was nice to warm up. The kitchen was stocked so we had several meals at home. The Itrip team was responsive even on Christmas Eve when we had a small hiccup with the stove fan that magically fixed itself. Our kids slept in the bunkbed alcove, which was nice. I would highly recommend this place for a ski trip with one family

This unit was perfect for a couple and two teens. We really could not afford another bedroom, so the bunks were just perfect and all beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were super happy to have been warned to bring all spices etc. needed to cook, but also happy to have oodles of spices there. My husband grew up in Snowmass, so we are very familiar with the area and we know the age of these condos, so it wasn't surprising to have few outlets, sloping floors, and building sounds...not an issue for us. There are extension cords there, so not to worry! We walked to the Assay Hill lift and were on the slopes within 15 minutes. So yeah, location is awesome. The walk is extremely icy though...just had to take it slow. Upon arrival we noticed a few things, and the iTrip team was very responsive.
