Hayden Lodge is a premier property in the heart of the base village at Snowmass. The gondola, Fanny Hill chair lift, outdoor concerts, apres ski activities, restaurants, shops and summer mountain biking and hiking are just outside the front entrance of the Hayden Lodge complex. Everything you need for an amazing Snowmass vacation is just steps away.

The secured elevator from the underground parking garage (only 1 spot available) or the mall area will take you up to the 2nd floor and the entrance to your vacation rental. The open floor plan provides the perfect setting for enjoying your vacation with family and/or friends. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy dining at the breakfast bar or dining table. The living room area features a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed for additional guests - up to 2. Right off the living room is a spacious balcony where you can relax in the warm Colorado sunshine any time of year.

The bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv. There is a washer and dryer and a full bath with a bathtub and shower combo. All the comforts of home are found in this deluxe condo.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

You can’t beat the location of this unit. Conveniently located steps from The Treehouse and The Village Express, all activities are within reach. The unit has great linens and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for a week’s stay. The ski locker and parking make it all very easy to enjoy a ski trip.

The one bedroom condo at the Base Village of Snowmass is an excellent location for the mountain as well as garage access. Kitchen well equiped except for hotpads and dishrag. A few other kitchen towels and bath towels would have been helpful. There is a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Overall lighting in the unit was dim. TV and web access exceptional, but we are here to ski.... The hot tub was very welcome with probable easy 6 person capacity. I really liked the info app on my phone., it was very informative. Kitchen appliances new. The dishsoap and dishwasher pods I would rate as below average. The Bed was very comfortable. Coffeepot worked fine, however we couldnt read the print on the label very well to brew coffee, minor issue that we did find a work around. Overall I would rate this experience as a 4+.

We stayed 4 nights at this 1 br at Hayden Lodge. Unit 2203 was very clean, spacious and modern. It had a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals and made it very convenient. It was literally walk to lift from building front door less than 100 yards. ITrip was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

iTrip Vacations was the booking agent for our stay at Hayden Lodge at Snowmass Base Village. They were absolutely excellent. The condo was everything the listing pictures made it out to be and iTrip Vacations were excellent at communicating all of the necessary information. They reached out beforehand to let us know what to expect, they sent an electronic booklet with practical information as well as recommended activities, restaurants and more. They checked in to make sure everything was going well while we were there. Special shout out to Jordan who came to the rescue after we accidently locked ourselves out of the condo. She went out of her way after hours to quickly get us back in without inconveniencing us in the least.

Perfect stay at Hayden Lodge 2203

Our stay at the Hayden Lodge 2203 was perfect. The arrival process went smoothly. ITrip was always available by phone for any question, completely made us feel welcome, and were happy to help. We got groceries delivered from Clarke's Market, highly recommend. We used Smiddy's limo for transportation from aspen airport on itrips referral and they were perfect, even bringing us to the condo up the road to get the key and check-in material, easy process. The condo is awesome. VERY CLEAN. The linens seemed brand new. The master bed king bed was great, like staying in a luxury hotel room. The pull out couch bed was great for our kids, already made and very clean/crisp. The location is PERFECT, right across from the village express chairlift. So close to everything- and ski school. The ski locker is a great addition, enough space for all our skis and poles and helmets etc. We kept out boots in the kitchen on a towel we had brought to pad our skis for travel. I recommend bringing one or the unit could provide an old one or a rubber-edged mat for this purpose. I could go on..... it is awesome. We will be back.

Great condo!

We had a great visit! The condo is located just a few feet away from the lift and gondola to Snowmass Village. We enjoyed the hot tub daily after skiing. It is a very nice condo that is cozy and quiet. The vacation rental team was very responsive to a minor issue and fixed it while we were on the mountain. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean and nicely appointed condo located right above the Treehouse and next to Village Express. Great management and communication. Smooth check-in/out process; key mailed in advance and easy to access the unit and garage. Plenty of towels, keys and necessities. Great base to explore all of Aspen

Kim's place was exactly what we were looking for - a clean, convenient place to lay our head after an active day of exploring all that Aspen/Snowmass has to offer. It was great to be able to make breakfast (I hate eating out all 3 meals a day!) in the well appointed kitchen and the condo was the perfect size for 2 people (possibly 3 if one can sleep on the couch). Loved sitting outside in the afternoon - nice view from the balcony and the hot tub was nice too!
