Absolutely No Pets of any kind are Allowed.

House Rules

These house rules are a summary. Every guest signs the Sarasota Vacation Rentals, LLC Rental Agreement before arrival. If anything here differs from your signed Rental Agreement or the property-specific terms in the listing, the Rental Agreement and listing control.
The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. The card holder must be the guest. Credit card verification is required for last-minute bookings.
Bookings for business use or contractor housing need our written approval in advance.
Maximum occupancy is the number shown in the listing and applies at all times. Exceeding it is a breach of the Rental Agreement and grounds for removal.
We are licensed under the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. A serious breach of these rules or the Rental Agreement may result in removal from the property under Florida law.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Communities and HOAs have their own rules, and their management can enforce them.
Parking is limited to what the listing states. Many communities do not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles, including some pickup trucks. Ask us before booking.
Some properties require HOA approval, and the listing will say so. Your reservation is not final until the HOA approves your application, and we cannot give access before then. Allow enough time before check-in for the HOA's review.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the property or on balconies, patios, or lanais. The remediation fee is $500 or the actual cost, whichever is greater.
Pets are allowed only at dog-friendly properties, with our approval in advance and a pet fee. Limits on number, size, and breed are in the listing and Rental Agreement. Dogs are not allowed in pools. Service animals as defined by law are welcome at every property. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Set the air conditioning no lower than 73 degrees unless your Rental Agreement states a different setting.
Please do not make repairs or changes to the property. Contact us and we will handle it.
Pool heat at private pool homes is optional and charged separately unless the listing says it is included. Spa heat is included where the home has a private spa.
Things sometimes break, and we will fix or replace them as quickly as we can. Refunds for maintenance issues, outages, amenity closures, and building or community construction are covered in the Rental Agreement.
There is no refund for early departure except as stated in the Rental Agreement, including mandatory hurricane evacuations. We recommend travel insurance.
Early check-in may be available for a fee, depending on the property and the schedule. Ask us before your stay.
At departure, please wash your dishes or start the dishwasher and remove your food and trash. Our cleaners handle beds and laundry.

We had a wonderful time at Lulu’s Key house! The location can’t be beat! We walked to the beach every day as well as all the restaurants, coffee shops and stores. This is my favorite home away from home. Made this time a girls trip with daughter/niece/friends. Wonderful unit, wonderful time, we walked everywhere or took an Uber if we wanted to go somewhere out of the Village. There are so many thoughtful details in and available at the property. I will say, not all of the fellow guests were as mindful or respectful of assigned spaces, parking guidelines, and neighbors. That is in no way the fault of or a reflection on this property or the management. Everyone at iTrip has been delightful in my experiences. The girls had a wonderful time & I look forward to many return stays!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy two-bedroom beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. The house had a relaxed, beachy vibe and was fully stocked with starter everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and towels. Being just steps from the beach made it so easy to enjoy early morning walks and sunset views. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor swing was our favorite spot for coffee and evening drinks. This isn’t our first time in siesta key, we come yearly, but this was our first time staying at LuLu’s Keyhouse. And it will definitely not be our last! Our family had a blast here. Before getting to the unit itself, just know that they are in the best location. Walking to the village and beach. You are close enough to the village but also away from the noise. From check in to check out, everything was a breeze. Anything that we needed was a text message away and corrected in minutes. You can’t ask for better customer service or communication. Everyone was impressed. Clean, Modern, Adorable mermaid and turtle furnishings, plenty of towels for beach and showers. The pool was great to cool off; large double bbq area, all the supplies for the beach you’d ever need, beautiful kitchen and table for a meal with the family, off street parking, I mean, this place has it all. And tbh you really don’t even need a car if you plan to just hang and beach it daily. We had one because we had plans off the island on a few different days but it mostly sat there when we were in siesta. Renting a golf cart is also super fun and we do that every time! Itrip actually helped with that golf cart rental booking too making it super easy! Don’t even question it. Just book :)

This place was amazing. We rented the first floor and from the moment you park your car in front of the house you will know this was the best choice you made. Once you enter the place trust me you will be amazed with the high end decor and amenities. Everything was personalized and so well done. I have to say this has been one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far. There was 5 of us here and we had the space we needed for our stay. The beach is literally a 4 min walk. You will be right at the center of Siesta Key Village with lots of restaurants and bars for night light life with great music and amazing people. There is a grocery store 2-3 min walk away as well. I grilled and my kids enjoyed the pool. We took a 6 people golf cart ride Sunday night to the drum circle on the main beach which goes from like 5-10pm on Sundays. The same guy gave us a card and we called him when we were ready, he picked us up in 10 mins after. Great experience. Would love to go back to Lulu’s Place in the future.

LuLu's Key House is a great place to stay for a small to medium group. The location is perfect, a short walk to the village (especially if you cut through Gilligans/Lelus coffee house and the beach was also very close, about a 5 minute walk.
