IMPORTANT - Accessibility & Parking Info:

This home sits on a beach bluff accessed via a private road that is paved with compact dense fill (similar to cement). There are stairs required to enter the house that are included in pictures. Depending on the size, 2-3 cars can park directly next to the house. Any additional cars can park in a lower level which requires ascending a natural beach stone hill without stairs or handrails.

HOUSE RULES:

- No pets allowed

- Strict no party policy: No events, performances, or large gatherings

- Max occupancy: 8 guests
