First, the living room is cozy and seats eight with large flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. Relax on the down-cushioned couches in the living room, or venture out onto the screened in lanai with a gas fireplace that lights at the touch of a button. Have a seat on the comfortable outdoor couch or armchair, sip your favorite drink and enjoy the water view. The outdoor table comfortably seats six and the BBQ grill is at the ready. In the evening, the lanai has a starlight to enhance ambience and will remind you of just how lucky you are to find such a gem so close to the beaches.

The kitchen has a gas range and French door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. A wine cooler and plenty of dishes and glassware encourages whatever entertaining you might wish. The dining room has chairs for six.

If work calls, no problem. Your private home office has recessed lighting and a practical and efficient setup along with space for private discussions that will enable you to get your business at hand completed quickly so you can head on back to the beach or the golf course.

Have a dog? With special permission, bring Fido along! Your well behaved fuzzy companion will make friends in community dog park. No cats. The owner is allergic.

The master with a King bed looks out over the water and is private and serene. The master bath has a walk in shower with shelf/seat, WC and an expansive walk-in closet with his/her areas. There is no worry about running out of space here. With the shelves, drawers and hanging areas, there is plenty.

Step on over to the guest room with two twin beds and smile as you take in the playful decorations and practical setup including spacious room for clothing as well as a private TV.

Laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage has room for one of your cars. A driveway has plenty of room to park a second car if need be. You need nothing more than your clothes and your toothbrush. Everything is included here.

This gated complex is exclusive, private and closely located to the beach and this home is brand new to the rental market. The nearby Gulf Gate complex is well-known for a variety of specialty food shops as well as restaurants regularly appearing on the food circuit offering innovative and inspiring cuisine. Esplanade by Siesta Key is just off of RT 41 and you can get you downtown in less than 15 minutes to the cultural activities and nightlife, and just 12 minutes from the entrance of I-75. In season, you will appreciate being in this location because traffic moves here – unlike other areas. More time for more fun!

If coming from a hotspot, you may only stay in a monthly property and you are required by law to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Do not book for less than 14 days if coming from a hot-spot.

If coming from a hotspot, you must get written confirmation that we can accept you as some complexes are not allowing guests from hot spots even if you quarantine.
