We had a great time in Unit 1207. Very nicely equipped with an excellent view of the beach. The balcony was very comfortable with the afternoon sun and blocking the breeze (even in January). We look forward to visiting again.

This cottage was absolutely fantastic. It was located in a very convenient area of Southport. Very walkable to most businesses and restaurants. The house was nicely decorated, well stocked. We also had a bag of items to get us started with our stay that included, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, paper, towels, etc., I would definitely stay here again it comes highly recommended

This place is even nicer than it appears in the photos. It is a very short, pleasant walk to the beach. All you need for the beach is there (chairs, umbrella, boogie board, beach towels). The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and it was a very easy place to cook in. Bed is comfortable and place was quiet. We had a great stay!!

Great place on Siesta Beach!!

Nice clean house within short walking distance to Siesta Key Beach. House is supplied with plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and beach/pool supplies, even toys for young children. Management team was great to communicate with regarding any issues that we had, very quick response. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great vacation!

Booking was easy, checking in was very easy, the condo was clean and beautiful. The welcome package was great and much needed. I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past. This is the first time I booked with iTrip and it went smoothly. People were very friendly and helpful.
