Spectacular Condo

Great location, beautiful view , walkable to beaches and restaurants. News Owner has decorated inside, very nicely with a Florida beach vibe. They set the atmosphere for a great vacation Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. The extras, beach chairs umbrellas , beach wagon and toys will be appreciated for beach goers. Pool very nice but small, and sun does not hit the majority of pool until after 12 pm. Our group enjoyed using each afternoon for a few hours. The trolley stop is in front of condo and travels up and the coast for a nominal charge. Trolley can be taken to clearwater and transfer to another Trolley to visit Dunedin.(Highly recommended for Markets, and restaurants) Dolphin sightings off the balcony were seen several times, which was fun . Thanks to the owner for keeping the unit updated and well decorated.

Great location but worn and dirty

This was my first airbnb rental, and a real dissappointment. This unit is pricey, and was minimally less than what I would have spent on hotel rooms. I stayed for more privacy, which we probably had, but sacrificed amenities, cleanliness, towel exchange, and recourse for inadequate items. The pool was pea soup green on our arrival, and I immediately reached out to the contact number. They were prompt to respond and advise that they only control the unit, not the amenities. It was better, but still a murky green when we left 7 days later. Walls were scraped, carpets stained and dirty, pet urine smells where present in multiple locations. All the plates were broken. Upon arrival we found dirty glasses (orange juice still in them) and dirty plates (food dried on) in the cabinet. Our first night of vacation was spent sorting dishes and running the dishwasher. We would find more dirty dishes (pans) in the oven 3 days later. Sleep was elusive. Matresses were damaged, and stained. The kids didn't mind but the adults did. The front two bedrooms had only blinds which did not adequately block security lighting or the lighting from the hotels across the street, leaving the rooms lit like Vegas. One of the "bedrooms" does not meet Florida requirements to be classed as a bedroom as it has no closet or armoir. The presence of an odd additional set of doors also limits privacy and implied it was designed to be an office. The dryer took over 2 hours to dry a load of towels mid week, and is openly vented out into the condo. At the end of our week the cleaning staff member arrived promptly at check out time and began gathering linens to launder. Confirming our suspicions, she did NOT collect the bath rugs or the rugs around the toilet for laundering - YUK! What this property does have going it for it is a wonderful view and good air conditioning. I do not recommend it to any family with small children as neither sliding glass door to the balcony would lock. We actually spent the extra money and went to stay at a hotel for 2 nights for better beds and a swimming pool that was clean.

The condo is under new ownership and has just received some major updates including all new furniture and mattresses in the two guest bedrooms, a new king size mattress in the master bedroom, new living room furniture and a new washer and dryer. There are more renovations set for the fall of 2021 to complete the entire makeover and update of the condo!

Our vacation was fantastic and staying here had a lot to do with it. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We saw dolphins every day from the deck which provided hours of entertainment for the kids. The location is perfect we walked everywhere next time I will not bother with a rental car. There was toys and chairs provided for the beach. My only complaints were mattresses need an upgrade not one was comfortable. They were fine for a couple nights but by the end of the week it was awful. Secondly the pool is not heated and was way too cold even for the kids to enjoy.

We though the property was beautiful. Perfect location. The start up paper towels and toilet paper werent left for us. Also, the trash was still in the unit, the TV in the master only stays on one channel. You cant change the channel. The double room the TV has a green line through the screen. The sliders in the living room dont lock. Minor inconvenience inconviences but still important ones to us. The bathroom off the master the floor was flooded because the toilet had a leak. The plumber came to fix that though. Other than that the unit is very nice.

Spacious condo close to the beach

This condo is very well situated about 2 blocks from the public access beach, and an easy walk down to the pier, passing many eating and shopping opportunities along the way. With 3 full bedrooms, 2 baths, and an expansive covered patio, we had plenty of space. The parking, secured entry, and medium size pool - with jacuzzi - made for a very comfortable stay. All aspects of the booking, payment, and entry were easy and flawless. The condo even comes with several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach balls, shovels, etc. for the beach.
