As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Prior to the trip, and during our stay iTrip stayed in contact with us, which was appreciated, and all went well with the unit. The issue occurred after our departure. We'd left behind an article, and contacted iTrip immediately. While they acknowledged receipt of our request, we've heard nothing since.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay

We had a family of 5 plus a baby stay at this Park City Condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great and close to Canyons Ridge where we had other friends staying. You could walk a (man-made) path behind the condo and get to Canyons Ridge in 5 min.
