Is cleaning included with my stay?

Cleaning is not included but it is available. Please contact us directly for rates and scheduling. 
No it is not. The cleaning fee covers only a departure cleaning on the day of your checkout.

However additional cleaning services are available and can be arranged as frequently as you would like for various charges (depending on the service you would like). Please let us know if you'd like more information.
You will check into Westgate Resort at the Front Desk and be given a key to your room.
Yes. Internet access is available as a courtesy service through the Westgate for the duration of your stay. 
Yes, as our guest you have full access to all of the resort amenities. 
Yes. Parking is available in a covered garage on a first come first served basis. Additional parking is available in an exterior lot. Valet parking is also available through the resort.

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

Overall as a ski trip this was a lovely trip as we had snow the entire time and skiing was great. But as a person who does not ski I found the resort and its amenities very lacking. There was no lounge to relax in and maybe have a drink or snack while reading. Having stayed at other ski resorts in other states and countries and I found this extremely frustrating. This was the first ski resort I stayed out that did not have a jacuzzi outside and the one inside as well as the one in the spa did not have working jets. The room service was limited. With the size of the resort it would help to have more shuttles running as we constantly ended up having to pay for Ubers as the shuttles were running on very delayed schedules. We asked for a linen change that never happened. The room it self really needs updating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lack of natural light in the room means that more light in the room would help. The sofa bed desperately needs replacing too. The two restaurants in the resort were ok but really it doesn’t serve the purpose as the resort is massive and there was always waiting lists. The spa services were lovely and I loved the yoga classes.

We have been skiing Park City for years and moving our accommodations around due to circumstances. This was the perfect unit for myself, my wife and our daughter. We enjoy the Westgate and all of its amenities, especially the ski valet services. Couldn’t be easier. Lots to do! We will be back!

Room was exactly as described. Had no issues with anything. This is a small room; two adults is probably the most you'd want in it. The resort was great - ski valet service and other amenities were outstanding.
