Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 2105 Prospector Ave, Unit 204, and it was an absolute delight! This cozy 300 sqft condo is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to experience the beauty and excitement of Park City without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The location is simply perfect. Situated just minutes away from the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort, getting to the slopes couldn’t be easier. Whether you're into skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown, everything is within close reach. The condo is also conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and entertainment, so you’ll never run out of things to do. Plus, the public transportation options make it easy to get around, even without a car! While the condo is compact at 300 sqft, it’s incredibly well-designed and thoughtfully laid out. The open-concept living area feels spacious and inviting, making excellent use of every square foot. The kitchenette is well-equipped with everything needed for a quick meal or snack, and the cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventure. The bed is very comfortable, and the space is beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you step inside. This condo truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The high-speed internet kept us connected and entertained, while the TV with cable offered plenty of options for downtime. The shared laundry facilities were convenient, and the building also offers ample parking right outside, which is a huge bonus. We were impressed by how peaceful the condo is. It was quiet and restful, making it easy to sleep soundly after a day on the slopes or exploring the area. The community is friendly and well-maintained. Unit 204 at 2105 Prospector Ave offers everything you could want in a vacation rental. The combination of its fantastic location, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
