The Blue Seahorse on 30A is a 2BR/2.5 BA beach town-home located along the beautiful 'Emerald Coast', in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A.

While staying at the town-home you will be able to enjoy its many comforts and amenities. From quite mornings on the balcony, sipping that first cup of coffee to exciting afternoons at the beach and poolside. You will discover that you have found the perfect vacation spot at the Blue Seahorse.

The Blue Seahorse features an open concept living, kitchen and dining area, and is the perfect layout for spending time together, or spreading out in your own space! It offers a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, a spacious living area with 55" T.V., Bar-b-Que Gas grill with table and chairs on the main patio, and bistro table and chairs on the second floor balcony. The master suite has a comfy - King size bed and private bath with walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom is a Queen Suite that includes a day bed with trundle as well as a private bath and balcony with a partial gulf view!

This townhouse was perfect for a family! I have stayed in many places in the area and this was the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and was always quick to responding. My only complaint was there wasn’t a ton of extra towels so we had to wash every single day and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment have everything you will need (except a bottle opener:-) It’s a great location, close to everything and the beach is just beautiful. Kathy from iTrip was great to work with. She was responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use this renting agency again.

It’s nice BUT heed this.

I booked based off of pictures and a few reviews. I should have read more reviews. Myself and my friends have knee and hip issues so DON’T book this if you’re not able to walk up 17 skinny steps to main floor and 15 more to the bedroom plus seven sets to the beach. We left early because we were worn out. Carting luggage about ruined our trip right out of the gate. They don’t provide enough towels and washcloths so you have to carry them to the garage and that takes 3 trips due to the dryer taking 3 full cycles. The partial view is from one spot and it’s a tiny corner so unless you like a parking lot view I would recommend to keep looking. I was very disappointed

Wonderful Location

Everything was great. Location, accessibility, friendliness of locals and neighborhoods. Accommodations were clean and perfect for our family of 4. The condo has leak above the sink when it rains (looks like it may have been there for a while) needs to be addressed because it is getting worse. This did not affect our stay or accommodations at all. Little items like towel racks and toilet paper roll holders need minor work. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Had a wonderful vacation at the seahorse. The steps were a good workout for this sixty something couple and loved walking along the beautiful uncrowded beaches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the location is just a short drive to lots of great restaurants. The condo was spotless and quiet and on the day the red tide came in and the beach was not safe, the pool was a nice way to spend our afternoon. Highly recommend.

This rental has everything you want! Very nice, comfortable beds and towels. Steps from the beach access. And the beach is amazing. Very nice pool. Balconies off the living room and both bedrooms. This unit is remodeled, updated and just beautiful. Large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Super cold AC. Have to say there are lots of stairs involved so if that is an issue for you you must consider that.

Sea Bluffs in Blue Mountain Beach

The unit was updated and had nice finishes, and furniture. However, it didn't feel entirely clean. The dishwasher was full when we arrived, and though they appeared to have been cleaned, some food was caked on some dishes. The master bedroom bed spread had several brown/yellow stains on it. On day two of our stay, ants had invested a good bit of our food, and a couple roaches were spotted. The condo only came supplied with three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and two trash bags - hardley enough for six people over five days. I also felt the description of the unit was misleading. We were shocked to find there was NO ocean view from the unit and we were second row from the beach. Six flights of stairs to the beach was also a surprise - would have been a difficult week for older or disabled guests.

We are sorry that the guest had some concerns during their visit. We appreciate the feedback, but must mention that we were never contacted at any point during the guest visit to address any of the concerns. We do request in our booking agreement and in other correspondence that guests reach out to us if there are concerns about the cleanliness of our condo or concerns in general. The guest departed our unit on the morning of the 15th and immediately left the assessment of our property - prior to the condo being cleaned, the owner did a walk through on the 16th and noted no stains on the comforters and no bugs. The owner reached out to us and pest control requesting an additional treatment for the unit - this condo is on a monthly pest control program. Regarding supplies in the condo - in our correspondence and booking agreement guests are informed that we supply an initial supply of paper products and soaps. Depending on guest usage and group size we state guests may need to pick up additional supplies during their stay. Also, our description of the unit is very clear and states that it has "partial Gulf views". This unit is in the 2nd building and is poolside. In regards to the beach access, we would like to point out that less than 10% of the beach accesses in Walton County / 30A have direct beach access without the use of stairs. Walton County has the highest elevation in all of Florida, thus the access to our beaches requires use of stairs. This is something that guests should consider when visiting our area. Our condo is an amazing place to stay as is evidenced by the reviews that we receive. We are sorry that this guest was not completely satisfied, but feel that with better communication their visit and subsequent review would have been much better. We encourage future travelers to read the reviews of our past guests and across all marketing sites and to contact us with any questions about the property or the 30A area. Thank you.

We recently stayed in Sea Bluff #12 it was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need! It was quiet, comfy and couldn't ask for any better. Didn't have to worry with checking in we loved the ease of just going straight to our condo!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

We had two teenagers and two pre-schoolers on our trip, so this location was perfect for our needs. We were close enough to Seaside for the older kids to bike to, while the younger kids were able to enjoy the less crowded beach in Blue Mountain. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious, and steps from the beach. Some of the things we loved: separate bathrooms and balconies attached to each bedroom, the Kuerig machine, and the bikes & beach chairs that were provided. I can't say enough about our stay.. we really enjoyed it and hope to come back again soon!
