Private elevator entrance will take you to the roof and you will step into our grand spacious 1 bedroom with King Bed and 2 bath studio condo home designed with contemporary furnishings and designer touches. Home has hardwood floors, fireplace, walk-in-closet, whirlpool spa bath tub, central air & new state-of-the-art kitchen with elegant granite counter tops with sleek stainless steel kitchen appliances. Plus an in-unit washer/dryer, 1-assigned parking and HDTVs with basic cable.
Please note we greet all Guests at check-in and we will provide all the keys and private elevator access.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID required.
* Check-in is after 3 pm | Check out is at 11 am. We greet all guests
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 3
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time
Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.
