WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
While we love pets, guests may not bring pets.
WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM*
Check-out is at 10:00 AM*
*Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional $50 fee if the property is available. Please inquire in advance to coordinate with our team.
ARE GUESTS VERIFIED?
Guests may be asked to submit a valid ID to verify their identity. Failure to submit documentation when requested will result in a canceled reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change. Please thoroughly review the Cancellation Policy before booking. Additionally, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your trip should a last-minute emergency or unexpected event arise.
HOW DO I GET THE FREE TICKETS TO ACTIVITIES?
We've partnered with Xplorie, who will email or reach out to you after booking with a custom link to redeem your free tickets. They have a dedicated Guest Support Team that can answer any questions and assist guests before, during, or after their stay.

Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, and/or payment.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if the policy is violated.
RULES
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- No open flames, candles, BBQ grills, etc. are permitted inside the home.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Texas, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
- Tenants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for exceeding sleeping capacity.
- Linens and towels are not to be taken from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. There is a one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive dirt.
- Please report any maintenance needs. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues.
- Please note that homes may be professionally serviced by contractors (e.g., lawn care, pool maintenance, pest control) during your stay, as regular upkeep is essential for guest comfort and property care. Contractors will not go inside the premises; they will only service the exterior.
- Pool is not heated. No lifeguard on duty - guests assume all risk in swimming. No diving.
