The house was clean and the customer service was great. We had two smoke detectors start chirping late at night and management came right over and swapped them out. The private beach and club access were amazing. Highly recommend.

The space was perfect...clean and new...enough supplies for a fantastic escape to the beach...everyone we dealt with was professional and were consummate hosts at this lovely beachfront hideaway on a perfect beach ... I want to come back again and again...well appointed and designed for an easy week in the sun...it was everything we hoped it could be...

Amazing family vacation home

We had a great time at your home. My daughter learned to swim without life preserver in the pool. There was plenty of wildlife in the canal and in the bay. We boated swam and went to the beach every day! Great location, private, peaceful, clean, beautiful little slice of paradise!!!

We had a great stay for a wedding in Evergreen. It was about 15 minutes to Evergreen Lakehouse. The road up to the house is narrow and steep, but it was fine in the Summer months. We enjoyed the hot tub! The shower for the master room is difficult! Hard to keep on good temperature.

My family enjoyed the oc area. The house was nice with the number of bedrooms needed. The only area for everyone was the living room or master balcony. The front area has chairs but the vegetation is so overgrown it covers even the sidewalks. The kitchen has limited cooking pots and minimal utensils. There was plenty of outdoor activity items for use.the house rating is a 4.
