We loved the house and it met our needs 100%. It was close to family and the street was quiet. The house had a great kitchen, clean bathrooms, and was all around very comfortable and felt like home for 4 days.

When the property we rented had a severe plumbing issue and we were unable to stay there, Chris and the Bend staff worked with us to get a very nice to stay. We appreciate their efforts to resolve the situation. We will use them again for our rental needs.

Our Sister Retreat was enjoyable because the five of us were together, sharing memories, laughter and food. Just a couple of recommendations however; the front porch is in desperate need of scraping and painting. We are elderly and using the hand rail to go up the steps to the front door we were concerned about getting splinters and chipped paint into our skin. The pots and pans were plentiful, but it would seem someone placed them in the dishwasher with food on them and it didn't come off, but cooked it on. We had to soak and scrub pans before we could use them. Directions for using the TV would be nice as when we tried to find a station that was listed in the guide, it wouldn't load long enough to play, so we shut it off. The patio furniture on back exit were covered in dirt and shingle debris, making it questionable to sit on. The fireplace is a nice touch and the beds were quite comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe during our stay. The open floor plan made visiting with everyone at once, no matter what room they were in, very comfortable. Also, some frustration was felt when sister Margaret, who had called for early check in, was repeatedly hung up on as the person she talked to thought she was done, and then the code to open the door wouldn't work, so she had to call again... Thank you for sharing you house with us. The Sisters Becky, Barbara, Bonnie, Margaret and Sigrid
